I felt nauseous, hearing the last word slip out of his mouth.
I had questions. So, so many questions.
I opened my mouth wanting to say something, but nothing came out apart from a scared whimper.
He tilted his head a little to the side, raising his eyebrow.
"What was that? I know, you must have many questions. I'll answer them all, don't worry. As for now, stop your crying baby, didn't I just say that I won't hurt you?" He reached his hand and wanted to wipe a tear that rolled down my cheek but I slapped his hand away, pushing him a step back shortly after.
"D-don't ever call me that again! H-how did you get here? What happened? I thought supernaturals couldn't enter this world! H-how long have you been here?" I hiccupped, ignoring his displeased look on his face after I pushed him away.
"Like I said, I'll explain it to you later. I'll tell you everything you want to know. For now, the only thing you have to know, is that I'm living here, with you. I don't know anything about this world, you'll have to teach me."
I raised my brows, wiping my tears away. The sadness now turning into anger mixed with confusion.
"E-excuse me? What?" I stood there dumbfounded.
"You heard me. You'll have to teach me everything about this world, baby."
I averted my eyes elsewhere, a disgusted look on my face.
I thought about Taehyung, about how our life would be if our plan back then would've succeeded.
I would've taught him everything about this world, he wouldn't of have survived without me.
I looked back at Jungkook, who was still looking at me.
The atmosphere in the room changed. I opened my mouth, "You- you aren't a supernatural anymore, are you, Jungkook?"
His lips curved up in a smile, "Good job figuring that out. I'm human now. Just like you. Like I said, you'll have to teach me everything."
I widen my eyes, my jaw going slack.
So that's what he did.
"You forced Helen, didn't you?"
He hummed, nodding. "Correct."
"And she had to make you human, just like Taehyung and I were originally planning, in order to be able to go to this world together." I was now clearing everything up for myself.
"Correct again."
"All those times I felt watched.. That was you?"
"Ding ding ding. Half a point. I was around, yeah. I was figuring out the best way to make my first entrance. Surprise."
I stood there, watching him, as he tried to act tough. For some reason, I couldn't fail to notice the way he stood restlessly in his place, eyes darting around every once in a while, and I knew he needed time to get used to being human. He stood there like a lost puppy, who tried to act like a full-grown pitbull.
He wasn't a powerful vampire anymore, he wasn't the Jungkook he was back then.
No, he was human, in my world, which he didn't know anything about.
He was completely dependent on me.
I let out a chuckle at this, oh how the tables have turned, and he looked at me with a questioning look on his face.
"Well, guess I don't have to be terrified of you anymore.. In either case in way less dramatic amounts." I mumbled to myself, happy at that thought.
