I turned my face to the side, his mouth now coming closer to my neck.

My hand reached up and I protected the mark Taehyung gave me.

I wasn't going to let him ruin that somehow. Not that too.

His eyes darkened, "Move your hand."

When I didn't, he grabbed my wrist and yanked it away.

"Just because I'm human, doesn't mean you should think that I'm nothing now. That I am not strong anymore, just because I'm not a vampire anymore, that I don't have fangs, nor that I cannot suck blood, means nothing. You are still my mate. You are still mine. Like it or not. And this," his teeth grazed Taehyung's mark.

"I hate it. It's the ugliest thing I have ever seen. It looks terrible on you. It should've been my mark instead."

That's when his teeth got a grip on my neck. He didn't bite down, but he did put pressure. Just for the idea of it. Just to feel me tremble.

A tear or two slipped past my eyes.

If I did anything against him, I would make it worse.

So I just nodded weakly, I had no other choice.

I felt him grin, he kissed my neck and then backed away.

I couldn't look him in the eyes anymore. I was scared again.

And here I thought, thinking that he changed a bit.

"You know, that little girl that was here today, I enjoyed seeing you interact with her. I can't wait to see you with kids of our own."

I squeezed my eyes shut, no no no no.

"I-I'm going to my room. I'll see you in a bit, yeah?" I dashed away from him, not letting him answer.

The moment I entered my room, I locked my door. I slid down against it, more tears running down my cheeks.

This was a nightmare. He's getting used to being human more now, with that it seems like his old personality is starting to get back.

I shook my head, and wiped my tears, drowning in my thoughts at that moment. I didn't even realize how long it had been, when I heard Jungkook speak up from the other side of the door.

"Y/n? Are you okay?" Hearing his voice at my door I sighed. "Yeah, why?"

"You've been in your room for quite a while now."

"Oh, don't worry about it."

That's when he wanted to walk inside, but noticed the door was locked.

"Why is the door locked? Are you okay?"

I knew I had to open the door. I had to. But why am I just staring at it? Why can't I move my feet?

It felt like I was frozen into place.

"Y/n! Open the door!" he started to bang his fist on the door, with  every bang I flinched up.

"If you're not going to open I will find a way to come inside." He warned, gritting his teeth.

I managed to move again. I shakily stepped forward and unlocked the door. He stepped inside so quickly that I had barely time to get away before the door would hit me.

His eyes fell on me, "Don't lock the door ever again."

I nodded, staring at the ground. I pulled out my phone and checked the time.

"Let's just go to bed.." I mumbled, walking towards the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair, going to the toilet and finishing up some last things.
