'Now, Y/n. Come to the shop now. There's an abandoned little shed not far from the shop in the woods, I'll walk us there. Once we arrive, we have to be as quick as possible. We only have one shot. One chance. We cannot mess it up. Now, Y/n.'

I shot up in bed, rubbing my eyes.

What the hell was that?

I checked my phone, noticing that I hadn't missed any notifications.

Why was my entire body telling me to get out of bed? Why do I feel that I need to get out of the house?

Without even knowing why, I did what my mind and body were telling me and got clothed real quick. Once I was finished, I stood in my room helplessly.

What do I do? What was happening?

I walked over to my phone that was charging once more, realizing I received a message.

Edith.

'Now, Y/n. You know where to. That dream you just had? That was me. C'mon now, we don't have much time!'

That's how I ended up exiting my bedroom, tip toeing through the living room in the hope I wouldn't wake a certain male up that was sleeping on the couch.

I heard a few snores, so that was good.

I closed the door behind me once I got out of the house, shivering because of the cold. Looking behind me one last time, I nodded in approval.

Let's do this.

I made my way through the darkness of the night, my legs taking me towards my destination as quickly as they could.

"Y/n! Over here," I smiled brightly hearing Edith's voice.

A hand pulled my wrist and I stumbled around the corner of the shop, together we jogged towards the small abandoned shed.

Edith closed the door -or what was left of it- behind us and she took both of my hands, trying to read my facial expressions.

"Are you sure you want to do this? Can you handle it?"

I nodded, "Yes, I know it for sure, Edith." I confirmed.

"Alright. Let's start then! I'm sure you already know how it goes? Helen was your first way through, after all. This time is exactly the same. Don't be nervous, okay?"

I hummed, a small breath leaving my mouth trying to get rid of my nerves like she told me to.

"Did you make sure Jungkook is asleep? Don't want him interrupting this.." She leaned towards me, whispering the last part.

I giggled softly, "I'm sure. He slept on the couch, but I heard him snore, so don't worry, we're good."

That's when my blood ran cold. The air felt extremely thick to breathe, a bucket of ice cold water emptied over me as I thought about it.

Jungkook doesn't snore.

I realized that the very first moment he insisted on sleeping in the same bed as me. I remembered how I liked the thought of being able to sleep because of it.

"Fuck." Is all that left my mouth.

Edith raised her brow, "What is it? Is there something wrong?"

I chuckled nervously, my worries eating me away.

"I- um- y-yeah! Let's just hurry, okay?" I replied quickly, making her nod.

She started saying stuff in her witch language I couldn't understand one bit. She had her eyes closed, still holding my hands.

When she released them, she made me take a step back, continuing to say some stuff.

She halted for a second, looking at me. "Something is wrong. I can feel-I can feel someone is close. Are you sure Jungkook was asleep? The presence doesn't feel human."

I widened my eyes, breath hitching.

If he sees us, it would mean Edith's death sentence, my chance of going back ruined, and that would mean I would be stuck with him forever.

"I- I don't know anymore!" I whisper cried out, "Just hurry, okay?"

She closed her eyes again, continuing to ramble some stuff, much quicker this time.

That's when she began glowing blue. That's the moment I knew, she succeeded.

She stopped talking and looked at me with a small smile.
"Good luck, Y/n. I hope you'll be able to do whatever you want to do. If you ever get back, could you do me a small favour?" She squinted her eyes playfully at me.

"Yes sure! Anything!" I smiled.

"Can you get me that one drink I like so much? You'll know the shop once you see it. Like I said, if somehow reminds you oddly of The Tree Trees. The same goes for the drink. You'll know it once you see it." She winked at me.

I was wondering why she didn't give me any names, but I didn't ask further.

I took a deep breath.

"Okay, I promise." I exhaled, preparing myself to step through.

Suddenly reality hit me in the face.

I really was going to see Taehyung again.

After all that has happened,

I chuckled nervously once again, closing my eyes and opening them.

She shook her head, laughing a bit. "Don't worry about it. I-"

Everything happened in what seemed like mere seconds, like it all went in slow motion.

The door bursted open, Edith started to ramble quite a few things in her witch language, gasping in shock.

I widened my eyes, my breath getting stuck in my throat.

"NOW, Y/N! DO YOU HEAR ME, NOW!" I got brought back to reality, Edith's scream making me realize what was going on.

"Y/N! DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE!" I looked between Edith and Jungkook frantically, knowing that if I left now, I wouldn't know what would happen to Edith.

All I knew, it wouldn't be pretty.

Jungkook sprinted towards me, I walked forward.

I was almost there.

So, so terribly close.

When a hand got a strong hold of my wrist, nearly yanking me back.

But at that same time, I had stepped forward, Edith apparently having done the same thing.

The next thing I knew, was that a cold breeze engulfed me, and it felt like I fell asleep.

Little did I know,

I wasn't the only one who came through that portal.
