11 months

Today was the day. It was really happening. You were going to marry the love of your life, your best friend, your life partner, and most importantly your baby daddy.

You woke up to the sun shining though the window of the room you were staying in. You blinked a few times as you turned over in the king size bed that you had all to yourself, and faced the clock. 8:23AM. Your back was among eight pillows as you took a moment to stare up at the ceiling for a moment to take it all in.

You sat up and rubbed your eyes roughly as you took in the room and your wedding dress that was hanging in the corner. It was an A-line dress with flowers along the top and slowly fading out along the skirt. It was beautiful.

"I'm getting married today," you reminded yourself, a giddy smile appearing across your lips as you fell back onto the bed again.

Bucky  was in his own room across the hotel and the twins were staying with Steve and Natasha in theirs. Tony bought out the entire hotel for all your friends and family, and even paid their air fare so you could have everyone you cared about at the wedding.

A loud knock at the door startled you and you sat up, pulling your the covers off and sliding on a pair of shorts.

"Y/n!" Y/BF/N (Your best friends name) screeched as she ran into give you a hug.

"Y/bf/n! I missed you!" You said as you hugged her back.

"Yeah, how's the Avengers life treating you these days? To busy to visit me in Asgard?" She raised an eyebrow at you.

"Yeah actually, I was super busy pushing two humans out of me." You laughed.

"Oh my gods! I heard!! Where are my niece and nephew?"

"On the way as we speak!" And just like clockwork another knock ran through the room.

You opened it to see Natasha with Sammy in her arms.

"Is that mummy?" Natasha whispered in her ear, making her squeal with delight when she saw you.

"Birdie!" you beamed, immediately taking her from Natasha's arms and pulling her into you. Your hand held her head as she hugged your shoulders and your fingers ran through her hair. Her dark brown locks were really growing now, and her Y/E/C eyes were framed perfectly by them. She looked more and more like Bucky every day though with that cute nose.

"Where's James?" You asked Nat as you let her in the room. You ordered some room service earlier for breakfast since you had about 2 hours until you had to start getting ready.

"He's with Steve helping Bucky get ready." She replied, and yet another knock was placed on the door.

Nat opened the door and grabbed the food. She set it on the counter while you played with Sammy a bit more.

"Do you want to hold her?" you asked Y/bf/n as you bit off a piece of toast with Marmite on it.

"Of course!" She replied while taking her from your arms and walking out to the balcony.

"Speaking of Bucky have you seen him?" You asked Natasha. You missed him, even though you saw each other yesterday morning.

"Not today, he stumbled into his room with Sam at like 2AM. I could hear their drunk asses through the wall. Must have been some bachelor party," she chuckled, making you face palm and laugh.

You looked over at Sammy through the glass separating your from the cool morning air and she mimicked you, smacking her own palm into her forehead. You all burst into a fit of laughter at your daughter and continued to talk as you waiting for all of your bridesmaids to arrive.

"She was looking for Bucky all last night. She didn't get her lullaby." your mom sighed, glancing over at Sammy.

You frowned, thinking about your poor baby missing her daddy last night. "We FaceTimed him around 9, he must not have been too drunk yet and told her he loved her. It was really sweet." Natasha continued.

"I thought she was going to say 'dada', but it didn't happen."

"She's been so close to saying a lot of things. She tries so hard to talk to me, but its all gibberish right now," you chuckled, bringing your coffee cup to your lips.

"It'll be anytime now." Natasha commented, using her hand to tussle Sammy's curls from behind. Small talk continued as you ate, and soon it was almost 10:30AM.

Your bridesmaids arrived soon after you finished breakfast and Natasha gave Sammy to Bruce so that you could all get ready in peace. You kissed her rosy cheeks before waving bye-bye to her to which she waved back, making your heart melt.

Only hours later, you were in your dress, hair done and makeup flawless. The ceremony was inside a beautiful castle like structure, and you waited outside the entrance as your bridesmaids all lined up with their perspective groomsmen.

Sammy was the flower girl and James was the ring bearer, Natasha held Sammy in her arms as Tony held James in his. So they could head out in front of you.

Soon it was only you five, as everyone else had gone out towards the alter.  "I'll see you up there, my cashew and peanut," you whispered to your babies, giving them a sweet kiss before Tony and Nat took them out.

The music was playing softly as they walked down the aisle, and you heard a chorus of "awe's" when the crowd saw the twins in their outfits.

You were just about to walk out with your dad when you heard it.  Little voices echoing off the walls, screaming "Dada!" And "Mama!"

You knew it was their voice, and you froze while your dad looked around the corner into the room.

The audience "awe'd" again when Bucky ran up to Sammy and took her into his arms.  Screw tradition, you thought and you turned the corner as well and ran to pick up James.

Bucky looked up and saw you while he hugged his little girl, and his heart stopped.  You looked flawless. The dress flew back behind you as you trotted towards them and he thought you looked like an angel. You looked at Bucky for a second, but aside from how amazing he looked, you just wanted to hear them talk again.  "Babies! What did you say?" you asked the twins. Sammy's little Y/E/C eyes looked up at you and James icy blue ones went to Bucky and they said it again.

"Dada." Sammy said as Bucky kissed her nose.

"Mama." James said, and you giggled with tears in your eyes as your threw him in the air. Before swiftly catching him.

"Sorry everyone, this is their first word!" your dad yelled out, and the crowd actually began clapping and cheering.

She definitely knew how to make an entrance like her father, and James definitely knew how to make you feel included.

A/n
Guys this chapter had me sobbing! It was so adorable!! I'm in love with the cute little family I've created.

P.s. I'm sorry if James or Sammy feel a little squished in at some places. Writing about two babies instead of one is hard so bear with me here. 😅
