Quirks are truly something powerful.
The power of your own quirk could drain you completely. Take almost all of your energy away until your body gives out and you faint. And after using her power during Izuku's fight, Eri was terribly exhausted.
She lied in Aizawa's lap, just barely conscious as his hand went to cover her ears to prevent her from hearing Izuku's cries for you to wake back up. His pleas for you to return back to him. His heart screaming just as loud as he was when your own eyes fell shut because of your quirk's raw destructive power.
Her tired mind couldn't necessarily wrap around the fact of what was happening. Couldn't understand the steady flow of tears coming from Aizawa's eyes as he sobbed quietly. One of the heroes who came to rescue her crying with his friend holding him. More of your friends crying and holding each other at the sight of you resting in his arms.
Her tired mind didn't understand the situation clearly, but she did understand that girl in Izuku's arms was the girl who also reached out her hand to her.
Allowed her hand to tightly hold onto your pinky as you smiled at her. That same hand of yours that created air to soften her fall when she ran into Izuku. Having the air circle around her to float so she wouldn't fall onto the ground harshly. That same hand dusting her off softly, the tender care and feeling of peace and calm flowing through her once anxious veins as you spoke to her.
So as the little girl began to crawl out of Aizawa's hold, she went to use her own little hands to save you like you once did for her.
Her legs stumbling along the way on her own will as her body seemed to just move on its own. Her hands finding your skin to lay on as the glowing faint light came from them. You had use your own power to save her, the least she could do is use her own to do the same so you could wake up.
"Eri?" Izuku had said in a broken voice. His tears streaming rapidly down his face as he looked at her and her hands working. His eyes widening when her power slowly started to rewind your injuries. Eri was still tired, panting some as she began to sweat, body ready to collapse again until she kept her power going.
"She's too nice to go away," she had panted out, "I-I don't know how to stop. I don't want her to disappear!" She furrowed her eyebrows as the faint glow of your vein came to light as your minor injuries began to heal.
"That's okay! That's okay! We can stop you again when it's time!" Izuku cried out, pushing your body closer to her hands, watching Eri's body in case she hits her limit before he felt your heartbeat against his hand. Your heartbeat starting to slowly increase at a normal pace as he began to smile. "You're doing great, Eri! S-So so great!" He sobbed, pushing his hand firmer to your chest to feel the beat of your heart starting to awaken as your veins glew, your eyes glowing enough to peek through the slits.
"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Eri," he exclaimed as your glowing light began to fade for your eyebrows to furrow together like you were starting to awaken.
Eri saw the way your fingers began to twitch, the slow drip of blood from your back finally beginning to stop completely as the main injury healed. Just for your eyes to open, a loud gasp feeling the air as you awakened before the boy holding you turned around to yell at your teacher to use his own power to stop hers.
And as her shaking legs gave out at the sudden stop, she excepted her body to hit the floor. To become harmed by the fall until that same weaker circling of wind surrounded her just enough to soften her fall completely and come out unscathed as she floated down to her hands and knees. Glancing up to see that same hand twitching some as you held it out, a small smile on your lips as you looked at her before turning and looking at the crying boy above you.
"Sorry for making you wait," you whispered, smiling softly at him as his tears rain faster. A laugh leaving his chest as he shook his head at your nonsense apology to lighten the mood like you always did.
"I'm just happy you came back to me," he spoke before his hand had pulled you into a kiss. Needing to feel the evidence of your promises not being broken. The two of you future not disappearing. Your soul returning to you as the rest of his returned as well.
He felt your hand weakly hold the back of his hair, your fingers getting caught in his hair as he smiled a bit bigger at the kiss, felt you sigh in relief of being back before he broke out of the kiss. Looking down at your fluttering eyes before...
"So that's what's so great about rainbows."
You had whispered before slipping back to much-needed rest as he positioned Eri on his back, you in his arms to stand up and take off towards the approaching ambulances.
Izuku glanced down at you almost every step he took like you would slip through his fingers once again as the sirens got closer. He could barely even register his own tired body aching for him to sleep as he brought you both to their care. Glancing over to see the police take Overhaul and the traitor that was once your father to a high-security truck. Saw your once mother get thrown into the back of a police car as they drove away to lock them up.
He looked back down at you. Your resting face as the water from the softly falling rain kissed your skin, the water droplets resting on your eyelashes as he tried to move his head above yours to not let the cold water disturb your much-needed sleep, adjusting Eri on his back as he finally arrived at the medical vehicles.
"Y/n L/n, first-year student at UA," he spoke rapidly, not even gracing his lungs with a breath of fresh air as he placed you on the stretcher, having one of the paramedics take Eri off his back as he tried to explain your situation. "She- um- she-" He mumbled as he watched the men begin to access your still bleeding injuries.
"Woah," he felt a hand on his shoulder as he glanced up to see Fatgum, his eyes red from crying as he spoke to the boy, "she's going to be okay. I got you. Now c'mon you need to ride along too. Your body is too tired," he sighed as the boy noticed the paramedics taking you away on the stretcher before running after them.
"Her back- um- I think it's all the way healed up. Could be from the swords from the fight earlier, I'm not so sure. She also has a few burns on her hands and an old one on her right hand. It's from her quirk, she was probably fighting too hard while I was away," he mumbled, following the stretcher to the ambulance as his raven-haired teacher's heart twinged at the familiar conversation. The same conversation you had with the paramedic when he was the one on the stretcher while you were the tired one, just seconds away from passing out as you explained his injuries.
"Um- what else? W-what else? Yes! Her quirk is prone to giving her many injuries. Lightheadedness, burns, um d-dehydration, it's a lot and her muscles might have torn from the strength of her quirk again. You might need to do surgery on- on her um Recovery Girl! We need Recovery Girl she knows- she- her injuries- she fixes her!" He slurred some, stumbling a bit as a paramedic came to his side.
"He's going to pass out. Can I get some help over here?" The paramedic had ask as the boy weakly shoved his hands off of him to keep up with you, "she's still may have internal injuries and more wounds so watch out for those- ow stop let go of me," Izuku weakly commanded, jumping onto the ambulance with you as his hand held yours.
"I can't think of anything else- wait stop it I said," he pushed away the syringe in his arm to calm him down as he slurred his words together, "I'm not done- She- She's- cold. She doesn't like being cold. I need to get her blanket- blanket. Anklet." His eyes began to roll back as he mumbled,
"I-I have to stay by her side. I-I made- I made a promise."

Headcanon since everyone misses them:
Izuku Midoriya is of course a gentleman. So if there's a door he will open it for y/n no matter what, even if his hands are full she never touches a door handle. He does pout though if she opens it for herself.
