Warning: Mentions of blood. Small panic attack.
A/N: Just like I promised there's fluff towards the end though! I swear! Enjoy!

Je Te Laisserai Des Mots by Patrick Watson
Going back to school was just how you expected.
A lot of people glancing at you a bit longer than before. Your teacher's faces of pity they gave you when they noticed how tired you were from going up a flight of stairs. Your classmates giving you their own worried, pity faces if you winced after moving too fast when you went to pick up your pencil.
Of course, you expected some of this.
Some of the lingered eyes on you. Izuku being a bit closer than necessary when you did simple tasks that you struggled in.
Every day he woke you up for school you noticed the eye bags under his duller, tired eyes. His hand laying on your pulse on your neck when he kisses you good morning a little too passionately like he was making sure you were still here with him. Even helping you put on part of your uniform that made you feel a bit more exposed since you weren't in your usual baggy attire that allowed you to hide a little better from wondering, curious eyes.
Everyone was a bit more cautious around you.
Your breakfast already prepared for you so you can take your hated medication. The many times your classmates asked if you were okay or if you need anything. Over and over just them jumping at the chance to help you with such simple things like you were so fragile now.
They never viewed you as such a thing.
Everyone knew you were a force to be reckoned with. Knew how strong you were. How relentless you were. They never viewed you as someone who needed a little more assistance with putting on her jacket because her body was so worn down from rehab training yet she had to go to the extra tutorial classes to catch up before the school festival.
You knew they all meant well and it was an understandable thing. You just didn't want to be a burden.
Since the school's festival was arriving soon your class had to make up some sort of idea to make sure their concert goes as planned while you and the others from the Overhaul mission had to stay late after school to catch up on work.
It was a pretty tiring schedule to deal with at first.
Waking up early again to go to school. Struggle a few times in the hallways or up the stairs if you noticed you were a bit late from coming from Recovery Girl's office after your quick check-ups. Staying in classes that couldn't keep your attention due to your medication not only numbing any depressing thought that still came to your mind, but it numbed everything else too.
After school came rehab training with Aizawa and that had to be the worst part of your day. Not because of your tired body pushing through burning sensations as you tried to get stronger. No, it was because of Aizawa. You knew he's hiding something from you and just won't tell you so if he's deciding to keep secrets from you, you can't blame yourself for sending personal, resentful attacks to him when you two worked on your quirk.
But after rehab training came extra classes after your own classmates finished their trainings with either All Might or other teachers as they all worked together on getting stronger.
Tutorial sessions were a bit more easy-going especially having Izuku by your side to help you stay on track. And having a small group of friends to help each other out to get back on track wasn't a bad way to end your tiresome day.
