A/N: Hello beautiful people! So sorry for the sudden leave of absence! I hope this long chapter makes up for it! We got of course Eri being a sweetheart, Izuku being the world's most perfect boyfriend who's just a little overly cautious and Bakugo being the greatest best friend to ever exist. Enjoy!
Warning: Small mention of a panic attack, nothing too bad to be triggering though.
Enjoy, loves!
Mornings run long. They especially run long when your morning is full of recovery training with a quirk that won't corporate with you, your purple-haired friend somehow now kicking your ass when you train with him, and muscle pains running throughout your aching body. But seeing how the bruise on Aizawa's side still hasn't gone away from your kick you gave him a few days ago can make your morning slightly better.
Everyone usually trains in the morning especially when they also have a school festival to worry about. You usually run into your classmates still training when you were on breaks or leaving your own special training which was really you getting frustrated and feeling like shit for about three hours straight.
Aizawa was still avoiding you and hiding something from you which angered you. You were still way behind your classmates. And your quirk would just not work the way you wished it did.
Izuku was usually the highlight of your day when he wasn't being so overbearing and overly cautious around you, along with your entire class pretty much watching your every step when they believe you were doing something just a bit challenging and was giving you pity looks and worried glances to go along with it.
Even though you felt like you were getting nowhere you did notice Izuku's major improvement. His trainings for long-distance attacks by using his fingers to flick massive air pressure to knock people out of his way was very impressive.
His muscle growth was very impressive too.
Still, he had the slight eye bags under his duller eyes, made you his number one priority no matter how many times you told him you were fine. Practically tortures himself every day balancing catching up with late schoolwork, current schoolwork, his trainings, and the concert on top of it.
You still worry about him losing himself. Losing his light because he tried to give you all of his to outshine your own darkness-
"How was that, Y/n?!" Mina panted out to you, her pink curly hair stuck to her slightly sweaty forehead as she kneeled on the grass to talk to you.
Aizawa was out on another "business trip" as he calls it which means you were stuck with your classmates making sure you don't run off somewhere to train yourself too hard again since last time only led to you tearing healing skin and pained cries for only Iida to hear before he rushed you to Recovery Girl.
Your classmates were all working so hard on the concert. Mina was teaching them the choreography of the dance, the rest either inside designing on plans for the decorations or songwriting or even playing instruments. All while you sat on the grass pencil in your hand while you got caught up on your own schoolwork.
"That was pretty good. It's really coming together," you gave her a small smile and nod as she laughed a bit.
"Was it really coming together when your green boyfriend over there kept tripping over his own feet?" She joked as you looked around her only to see Izuku dust himself off from tripping once again.
"What do you mean? He's the most professional one there!" You laughed. "He meant to fall five times in a row."
"Whatever you say!"
