"MIA!"

"Leo, what did you do?!?"

Leo just put his hands on his hips and made a hero pose. "I just SAVED you all! And I was awesome." Chase looked at his stepbrother with an 'are you a dumbass?' type look. "You didn't save us, Leo! Mia didn't do anything!" Leo looked at Davenport offended, yet confused.

"Mia? That's s-15! Her and s-1 were the ones who almost killed me!" Adam just shrugged. "Well at least she's hot." Chase, Bree, Leo, and Hannah just gave Adam a look. "What? It's true." Davenport just ignored him and continued.

"She's not s-15 anymore she forgot everything. Like everyone else here!" Leo looked at him with confusion. "Ah what now?" The siblings except adam groaned. "She's a blank slate. She doesn't remember anything." Chase said. Hannah just raised her eyebrows. "Well good thing she doesn't remember anything. Then she'll remember she found Chase cute and Adam asking her out." Bree chuckled at her own comment while Adam and Chase just looked at her a bit offended.

"She's waking up!"

"AH!"

𝙢𝙞𝙖'𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙫

I woke up with a sharp pain in my stomach and my back. I saw Hannah and Mr. Davenport looking at me. "She's waking up!" I could here Hannah say. As I get up with their help I heard the boy scream. "AH!" Without thinking I put my hands up again and close my eyes, waiting to get hit.

Nothing. I opened my eyes to see a force field of some kind blocking out the attack. I put my hands down, blowing a hair away from my face. Everyone in the room just looked at me with shock. Well except Adam who just pointed at me and smiled.

"Hey, look, Chase. She also has your force field thingy! I told you. You weren't that special." He nudged his brother and Chase glared at him. The rest of us just gave them a look before Davenport started talking again.

"Bree, take Mia to the infirmary. Hannah, Bob and Emily will be showing you to the student dorms." Mr. Davenport said, motioning towards a girl. "What he means by that. Is that I'll show you around. Because I'm AMAZING." The girl which I presume was Emily did a superhero pose. "And Bob is still sleeping, but still!"

The others groan while Leo just points and smiles. "You go, girl! Just a bit more PIZZAZZ, you know?" Emily nodded. "You know what she really needs? DEEZ NUTS." A boy says putting his arm around her shoulder.

She gives him an offended look and grabs him by his shirt that had green on it as well as a logo. She then throws him to another room as if it was nothing. "YOU SHOULD SUCK DEEZ NUTS, CHARLIE!" Hannah and I clapped, Chase and Bree groaned, Davenport shook his head, Leo gave her a dumbs up, and Adam looked her in disappointment.

"Emily." He said, making her look at him. "I told you. Throwing people is at tea time not now." Emily nodded rapidly. Bree came over to me. "Welp. Imma take her to the infirmary before anything else happens." I nodded before waving at Hannah before Bree and I interlocked arms and she speeded us over to the infirmary.

After I got checked, Bree offered to give me a tour of the island. Which I accepted. Currently we were in the mentor's dorm. It was like paradise in here. I've never seen something as pretty as this.

"Okay so, the colors on the uniform represent your level. Chase and Davenport already checked Hannah's abilities. She's level yellow because she's a bigger. You are in level green which is medium. Well orange is medium too, but like a higher medium if that makes sense?" She gave me a glass of water which I drank medium way before responding.

"Why am I in green? I mean sure I know who to throw a energy sphere, but still don't know how to control everything else. If I have something else." Bree sat on the couch next to me and thought about it. "I don't know. For that you've got to talk to either Chase or Mr. Davenport when he returns."

I drank the rest of the water during her explanation then getting up to set the glass in the sink. "I might ask Chase later." Bree then nodded. "Well. I've showed you and told you some things about the island. What about you? Davenport told us you were taken in by a family aka Hannah's family." I made my way back to the couch and nodded.

"Yup. About two months ago, Hannah and her sister Erica found me. They took me in and gave me a name." Bree raised her eyebrows. "Why didn't Erica join you two and your mom?" I shrugged. "No idea. Come to think of it she didn't say anything to us since last night."

Bree gave me a soft smile. "Well I hope you two get to talk to her." I suddenly felt a wave a sincerity flood my brain as if it was my own emotions. I brushed it off before smiling back at Bree.

We continued talking a bit about ourselves before Chase walked in with Leo. "What is SHE doing here?" Leo said emphasizing the word 'she' as he pointed at me. Chase grabbed his hand and set it down which made Leo just point at me with the other one.

Chase groaned while Bree rolled her eyes. "Leo, we already told you. She isn't evil. She doesn't remember anything that happened." Leo removed his hand from my face and leaned close to me instead. "That's exactly what she wants you to think! But I'm onto you. Oh I'm onto you."

I cross my arms and move back because this drama king was spitting on me. I was curious, though. I really wanted to know what I did to make him so mad. "Dude, stop. She's a blank slate like every other student." Bree defended me again.

Leo just raised his left eyebrow. "Then how come she wasn't with the others?" I just scoffed and got up making him step back. "Look, Mr. Dramatic. I've never met you until now. I have no idea why I wasn't with the others and all I know is that I was taken in by a family and stayed there for two months. If you don't want to accept that then fine. What can I say? I don't know what I did to you, but whatever I did do. It's not who I am now. So, please stop."

I turned to Bree and Chase. Who moved places and was very focused on his tablet. "I'll see you two tomorrow for class. I'm going to the student dorms to go rest for the night." Bree stood up and gave me a hug. We really bonded in a few hours, but I really wasn't in the mood thanks to, Leo. Chase just waved goodbye without looking up and I just mumbled 'bye' to Leo before heading out.

𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙫

The three bionic siblings were in there dorm. Adam was watching a show on his phone while Chase was on his tablet, sitting on the couch next to Bree before looking at the object with confusion. "That's new."

He said, making Bree look at him with a mixture of disinterest and curiosity. "It's Mia's abilities. This thing says she's an empath." Bree and Adam just look at each other confused.

"A what?" The two siblings asked. "An empath. A person who can feel others emotions and/or control their mental state. No other student in the academy has that ability."

Bree raised her eyebrow. "Give me that!" She took the tablet and read it. "Give me back my tablet!" Chase grabbed the tablet and two played a game of tug-of-war.

"GO BREE!" Adam said getting excited and grabbing his bowl of popcorn, grabbing a handful and stuffing it in his mouth. The two fought for a little before Bree won the tablet back.

"HA, loser." He did an eye roll before speaking again, which was more like yelling. "IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU WON, but mia's ability does. We need to keep a close eye on her. She can be dangerous and she can be used as a weapon."

"I KNEW IT! SHE WAS DANGEROUS!"
