We left the Diner and just started walking around the neighborhood. It was silent. Y/n intertwined her hand with mine. She looked up at me and smiled. I blushed and she laughed a bit. She leaned her head on my shoulder. I kissed the top of her head and we kept walking.
We got to the sandlot. There was no one there. We sat down in the outfield and just looked at the stars. It was perfect.
It was quiet.

I looked down at Y/n and I noticed she was asleep on my shoulder. I picked her up and took her back to my house since my parents were on a business trip.
