KRISTINA's POV

I was nervous I couldn't stop thinking about the what if's and i was also nervous about leaving Nina home today i know she's safe but my brain is all over the place "baby look at me" Kai said holding my chin in place for me to look into his eyes it was calming " if he doesn't get time I'll handle it myself" i nodded then he pecked my lip "promise" i asked him "i promise"

We got out of the car and was immediately met with flashing cameras and people rushing us with questions "chin up and keep smiling" Finn whispered when we finally got inside i took a deep breath in and out "you don't have to say anything until you are called up to testify okay" i nodded then connected our lips if they wasn't here i would be having panic attacks over and over again "are you ready" i nodded then we walked in and Finn led me to a desk and told me to sit down

"Send him in" it felt as if my heart stopped seeing the sight of him he looked more like a monster you can now see his fully black eyes his hair was over his forehead and he had a weird smirk on his face "everyone but the jury may be seated" she said "Mr keel you may start"

"Judge My client is innocent he was only defending himself both his daughter's would always team up on him if he didn't agree to give them something" i raised a brow and was about to say something but Finn stopped me "judge that's false information while my client was living with him she'll receive beating for nothing at all just because he get's the satisfaction of doing because she cant defend herself" Finn stated and i smiled at him

"Can we have Kristina step up here" she asked and i looked at Finn and stood up "you'll do fine baby i'm right here" i nodded then walked up to sit by the judge "raise your right hand" she said softly and i did so "you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth" "i do" and she said i could sit while my dad's attorney stepped forward "how long have you been living with my client" he asked with folded hands and a picture that I couldn't see "my entire life" i told him he nodded "three months ago my client arrived at the hospital with a open wound in the back of his head that you put there"

I didn't want to say Nina did it because something can probably happen to her "yes i did it but i was only protecting myself when he tried to attack me" i said trying to keep my breathing cool and not trying to freak because my dad was throwing glares at me "how was he attacking you because from this picture he was hit once again from the back" he stated and my breathing picked up

Then I remembered what Kai told me "after he was done with the first beating of mines he started looking for my little sister Nina and as he kicked her door thats when i hit him" my dad jumped up nearly scaring me "she's fucking lying" he yelled and the judge told him to calm down "that'll be all" his attorney said and now Finn walked over to me with papers and my phone he handed the papers to the judge

"Mr.De'Rosa is fixated on beating my client because of the way his wife looks which is their mother that left him my client looks exactly like her mom and he can't handle that , these are pictures from her last beatings she received from him and that phone has a video of him coming into her room and attacking her for no reason"

She put the video on the big screen and i heard gasped around the room "that's enough" Finn said walking up to me "breathe its okay" having him near me was more then enough to calm me down

"Mr.De'Rosa what even made you want to hit your own daughter that way" my dad rolled his eyes "both of the rats needed discipline since their bitch of a mother didn't give it to them i have too" Finn was stalking towards my dad as the officers held him back "you watch what you fucking call her" Finn voice boomed and Kai grabbed him whispering things inside his ear and then we locked eyes

Finn sat where kai was sitting and Kai came to be my lawyer "i would like to take over" kai told the judge and she agreed

The judge had put my dad on the stand and i sat down beside kai

He stood up and started asking my so called dad questions "do you drink sir" Kai asked and my dad nodded "so what does that has to do with anything having two brats living with you you'll need a drink everyday" the judge told him once again to calm down her she'll remove him "do you feel any remorse as a father to physically beat your own daughter" Kai asked him and he shook his head "no" "she needs to learn to defend her self and what better way to teach her" is this dude fucking serious "beating  someone until they get on conscious is not a lesson nor does it help" Kai said and the bastard shrugged "ive come to my decision" the judge said

"This defended is guilty with that being said he'll be receiving forty years with no chance of preroll and he'll also be taking anger management" then she dismissed everyone i hugged kai and Finn tightly "thank you"

"You stupid bitch i will get you for this , you'll fucking die you and your sister" he tried to grab the officer gun but many held him into place as he yelled different things at me "don't worry about him" kai told me pecking my lips

"We do have one more court to attend though" Finn told me and i nodded as they held my hand and we walked out together.

We got to the family court and everything was more smoother "Ms I understand that she's your sister but she needs a father figure if she doesn't have one then it'll be a problem"

Finn cleared his throat "actually she does have a father figure two of them" he stated and the judge eyed us "whats your relationship with Ms.de Rosa"  the judge asked "right now she's only our girlfriend but we plan to make her our wife very soon" he winked at me and i blushed

"They want to marry me" ?

"Very well then Ms.De'rosa and Mr. hackers" i chuckled "i grant you three to have full custody of Nina De'Rosa you may be dismissed" i squealed then jumped on Finn then pecked his lips "thanks husbands to be" i winked and they chuckled "that wasn't a joke" Kai said and i rolled my eyes

Then i felt a slap on the butt "do it again and you'll earn you ten more" Finn said and i blushed

When we got into the car i waisted no time putting my lips on kai's i sat on his lap as he gripped my waist then i started to fumbled with his belt "naughty girl" he said and i nodded he took off his belt then pulled down his boxers and pants

He wet himself then told me to lay down . "Can i" he asked and I chuckled then nodded they always ask for my consent even when i make it be known that i want it .

I nearly screamed when Kai entered me "mmmhm" i moaned then he started to thrust in and out of me faster "fuck baby your so wet" he groaned out while putting my legs over his shoulder
