Later that night

I was nearly finished my painting, I just needed to add the little details...you know the slightest details that brings the whole painting together.
Kai came back in the room with a cup of tea for me and him. Mason never did this for me, it shows how much Kai treats me compared to mase.
"Kai you didn't have to but thank you." I have him a hug. "Yes I know I didn't have to but I wanted to." He hugged me back just as much. "Wow you've nearly finished!" I laughed "yeah nearly just need to add in the little details.

"So Eva... when's your birthday?" He started asking me questions about me, he was so into the conversation and I felt so respected.
"There's no need to worry it's not till next year yet." I didn't want him to make a fuss about it as my birthday is quite rare.
"Still though, tell me I want to know." He wouldn't let go of the subject so I decided to tell him.
"Well I was born January 1st" his eyes widened.
"I've never met a New Years baby before but now I have." He chuckled, I wonder why he was so satisfied about me but I liked it.
Just as he was going to ask something my phone rang. It was my mum she was FaceTiming me!

"Hey mum! How are you?"
"I'm ok darling, I'm so proud of you, I'm hoping to come to Silverstone this year"
"Awww thanks mum, it means a lot"
"I will always be your biggest fan but anyways I need to know the drama it sounded so juicy last night, tell me in exact detail and every second of it. Oh and also I want to meet this Kai."
"Hahaha ok mum, here he is"
"Hello! It's nice to meet you" he waved at my mum,she clearly liked him
"Hello darling... are you ok, I heard what happened?"
"Oh yeah im fine thanks for asking, how are you?"
"Im Good thank you kai, it's nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you to"

I told my mum everything
"Oh baby it's ok, i knew there was something about him put i couldn't put my finger on it."
"Thanks mum, oh look at the time I need to make dinner now. Speak later love you"
"Love you more"

I finished my painting finally.
"Eva this is amazing just like you" Kai clearly loved my art. He has good taste I see.
"Aww thanks kai, im going to hang it up somewhere and then I'll cook dinner." I picked my painting up and walked into the house
"Haha your joking, your not cooking, I am" he laughed . Shit I really love him, all the complements and the time we spend with each other and now he's offering to cook. "If you want to Kai" i let him do his thing and he cooked us a curry.

"Kai this is amazing! Thank you so much!"
"I'm glad you like it, my mum made it for me when I was younger and I cooked it ever since." How cute he learnt a recipe from his mum, I love that.

We ate the food and went upstairs to the gaming room and played fifa.
It was so funny, he was raging in German, luckily I learnt German when I was younger. I pissed myself laughing.
"Wait you understood that?" I nodded and he laughed too and put his arm around me.
