Me and Kai were walking through the paddock hand in hand  30 minutes before my race. There were lots of cameras but I warned Kai of that and lots of questions were thrown at us.
"Kai stand behind the camera really quick I have to do a quick interview." He nodded his head and did what I asked.

"So here we have Eva furber, how are thing?" Said the interviewer
"Well it's been rough but we are getting through it."
"Yes we heard and we hope your ok, how are you feeling about the race today."
"I'm confident but I have a feeling there will be a collision involving a few drivers but if that does happen I'll try and stay out the way of it"
"Thanks Eva oh before you go we saw you walking with Kai Havertz darling holding hands, are there anything between you guys?"
"Haha i knew this would come up ummm it's complicated right now and we haven't spoken about what we are really but I don't want to go into too much detail about us until we know for sure."
"Ok Eva we totally respect that, see you around."

I walked away from the interview with Kai he kept looking at me and smiling at me. He pulled me in using his arm around my shoulder. We stopped and had a long hug. "We will talk about us later on but right now focus on your race... you will smash it." He whispered in my ear to me. I love this boy so much, he's so supportive of me. I walked him to the pits where he was staying and set him up with his headset. I showed him everything and what it does. I introduced him to Charlotte (my colleague).
"This is Charlotte, she will look after you in the race" Kai nodded and shook her hand.
"Right Eva you need to get ready now it's a few minutes till lights out!" Charlotte was a huge fan of me and she wants the best for me. She's also a fan of Kai so when he comes to the Grand Prix with me she will look after him whilst I'm racing.

I got to the grid, I qualified 4th yesterday just behind Hamilton and in-front of Charles.
"You good Charles?" He didn't seem himself so I went over and gave him a hug.
"Oh yeah I'm fine just a bit nervous, good luck." Bless him, I was nervous too but I hid it better than him. "Thanks mate"

I put my headphones in and made sure they were working. Then my balaclava and my helmet. I saw on the huge board in-front of me, and I stared for a few seconds then Kai was on there. Cameras were around him but he didn't make a fuss. I got into my car and strapped up. I completed the formation lap and now ready for the start.

"And it's lights out and away we go!" Shouted crofty.
I had a really good start. I got to the first corner and there was a collision with the biggest rival on the grid, Lewis and Max. Omg how did I miss it, luckily me and Charles passed it safely. It was only a safety car as there was no debris on the track, only off track.

"Eva how did you miss that?" Said Charlotte into my radio "Kai got nervous!"
"Awwh bless, not going to lie I don't even know how I avoided that one myself but that doesn't matter anymore." I said I couldn't stop thinking about Kai.

(Time skip to last few corners)

"Here's the last corner! And Eva Furber wins the Azerbaijan GP" shouted the commentators

"WOOOOOO well done team we did it again! Which place did lando get?" I was so happy all I could hear was the whole McLaren team shouting and clapping. All of a sudden I heard Kai in the back "That's my girl! I knew she would do it! I love her so much Charlotte you don't know!" That Moment my heart sank but in a good way, I was so happy he felt the same way.

"Yes hello Eva lando came 4th by the way." I was so happy to hear what place lando got, I was a huge fan of him and I love seeing him be so successful at such a young age.

I got out my car and me and Charles did our hand shake and jumped into a hug. I got weighed and ran over to the team. I was trying to find Kai but I couldn't see him, I panicked. Maybe he was there but I couldn't see him. I shrugged it off and took my helmet, balaclava and headphones off and had a drink and but my winning hat on.

I heard someone say my name and Kai picked me up and span me around. He put me down and put his hands on my face. All of a sudden I felt his smooth lips touch mine. So many pictures were taken at this point but I couldn't give a fuck. We both pulled away.
"You don't know how long I wanted to do that for." Kai was blushing badly. I kissed him back and hugged him. "Same." I looked into his beautiful eyes and smiled.

I did an interview and got on the podium with Charles and Pierre. We celebrated and had a great time.
