Training

August 10th 2021

I arrived at the technology centre with Kai. Most of the day I was doing training with lando and Jon.
Oh god I hate training days, my body aches so much when I finish to the point I can barely move.

Before we got out the car I gave Kai a kiss on the lips and he held my neck. He didn't want to let go but at some point we had to.

"We can finish this later." I said as I pulled away and he smiled.

"I'll be watching you train, don't distract me though!" Kai whispered ,I laughed and got out the car. We both walked over to training and I gave Kai a kiss goodbye.

"Hey Eva your finally here! Your starting on the neck exercises and lando your starting on the weights." I hated the neck stuff I had to do but apparently I'm really good at it! It's not the most attractive exercise either as one side of your face smushes into the other.

"Eva you ready?" I mumbled as an answer as I held my lip. I continued to do that training for 10 minutes then moved onto the weights.

The Chelsea players came out to the field as I was walking over to do lifting. I grabbed the dumbbell and put it behind my neck and jumped into squats. I noticed all the players staring at me but I ignored it and spoke to lando instead.

"Hahahaha lando look at your lip." We all laughed, I'm quite  surprised I didn't drop the weights to be honest.

"So Eva how are things going with you and Kai? You know I love to find out about your love life." Jon asked, he always was fascinated with my life and he wanted to know everything about me.

I told him everything that had happened at the football match and in the car 30 minutes ago.

"OooooooO my Eva is in love!"i laughed at Jon's comment and turned red. I looked at lando and he had a serious face and didn't say anything during that conversation.

"Aw is lando jealous?" Jon smiled and looked into lando's eyes. He shook his head and looked away. I looked at Jon and he mouthed he is. We chuckled under our breath.

"Eva back to work your going on the simulator."

"Ok on it" I strapped myself into the seat and clipped my foot into the pedals. There was no screen just the steering wheel.

"Left, left, right, left, right, right and straight, left,right,right...." Jon shouted. Sweat was dripping down my head. It felt like I was sitting in a pool of it.

"Look all the Chelsea players are staring at you. Now keep going. Left, right, right,left and on the straight, right, right..." Jon was harsh on me this training but it was funny so I went with it. I was on the machine for an hour.

"Please when does this stop my arms ache so bad!" I looked at Jon still steering the wheel.

"One more lap and then you would've completed the race." I was relieved I couldn't  keep going, I thought I was going to die. I took of the seatbelt and clips. I noticed Kai come over.

"Hey baby, looking a bit hot huh!" Kai put his arm around me and whipped the sweat off my face.

"Yeah I thought I was going to die!" He laughed and tapped my shoulder.

"I want you to meet the boys if that's ok with you?" I nodded my head and ask Jon if I could have a 10 minute break and he agreed.
