The mysterious kid (Reader X Jollibee)

The game had ended, Ashley's brothers having won the game. We headed towards the locker room where people were huddled around waiting to congraulate their friends and family. I just stood next to Ashley and waited until she said what we were gonna do next. When her brothers emerged from their locker room the smiles on their face was huge. I knew why. They had almost always lost the games against this specific team and them having won was probably huge for them.

After everyone told them how good they did Ashleys brothers said that one of the boys on their team was going to take the team for ice cream. Everyone parted ways from the brothers to let them have fun with their friends before deciding to hang around to watch the little kids hockey game that was soon gonna happen before public skating.

Little kids hockey games are always much shorter than NHL game or even her brothers game, plus there were no short intermissions. So the game lasted only an hour. When it was over they resurfaced the ice. I looked across to the other side of the rink to see Lila still sitting there. I could only assume she was also gonna do the public skate. I knew she loved doing them no matter how bad she was. She could never learn either, the instructions flew through one ear and out the other.

I had skated before as had Ashley, I wasn't so sure if Sebastion had before. All I knew at the moment was he didn't know how to tie skates. So after Ashley had finished her own and I had too we each tied one of his skates. Ashley made me. After we were all ready we made our way onto the ice.

"Um Sebastion have you ever skated before?" I asked. Sebastion and I made eye contact before he answered.

"Once when I was really little." He answered shrugging his shoulders.

When Sebastion stood, well not really stood he got half way up and apparantly he has terrible balance. He grabbed onto me and Ashley before we managed to steady him and try to get him to take a few steps. After a minute he got theh ang of it and was ready to step onto the ice. With Sebastion still holding on to me Ashley stepped onto the ice and took Sebastions hand. While he attemped to step onto the ice.

After both feet planted onto the ice he clung to the wall for dear life. Having not yet let go of my shoulder while I stepped onto the ice. I have skated before, more than a few times so I had no issues.

We tryed teaching Sebastion how to skate or at least move and not just stand there. And finally after what felt like forever we managed to get it so he would atleast move along the boards. He never left the boards side so if he was going to fallhe could attempt to stop himself.

All was going well and we had done around 2.5 laps until someone bumped into Ashley sendind her falling to the ground. Which looked like it really hurt considering she fell and held her hands out to stop herself. And no doubt about it may be sprained or even broken. And the culprit of this fall was none other than...

I was bored and needed to spice things up. Sorry this is super slow burn trying to somewhat pick up the pace without taking it too fast.
