I woke up. It was Sunday. I looked at my phone and I had two missed text.
Kirstin-hey bæ😀
Sam-good morning sunshine wanna get together today
I turned off my phone. I snuggled deeper into my blankets wanting the whole world to be gone around me. There was a knock at my door. "Can I come in",my mom said. I didn't say anything. She opened the door. "I got a call this morning for my work they need me to go out on a business trip for a week". I said nothing. "They want me to leave today then I'm gonna go up to your dads for a week do you want to go". "I told you once I don't want to see it",I said referring to my father. "Father not it so your good here by yourself". "I got Sam and...",she cut me off. "I'm gonna be gone so there is no telling what you two can do",my mom said. "We won't mom we aren't even dating so leave it alone",I said. "I have Sam and Kirstin",I said. "Ok, well I'm gonna go ahead and head there is money on the counter I bought groceries all your favourites no party's",she said. "Ok bye". "Bye". She got up and left. My phone buzzed.
Sam-are you ok?
Rachel-no
Sam-want me to come over?
Rachel- you have Kian to keep company
Sam-Kirstin is on her way over I would rather be with you then to sit here and watch them all over each other😷

I put down my phone. I got up to get ready.
