During the dinner, Tom told Abraxas to come to his dorm, as they had to talk.
After he finished his prefect duties, Tom headed towards his dorm. He closed the door and took off his cloak. Tom had a bigger room than the other students, as he was perfect and this year he became head boy because of his outstanding reputation as a student.
His bed was placed against the wall, with black silk covering it. It was always perfectly made up like he never even touched it. The room was cold and dark, and the boy liked it that way. His desk was neatly organized, his books and notes in one corner, his quills placed beside.
Tom walked around the room, impatiently waiting for Malfoy. He rolled up his sleeves, revealing his strong, veiny arms. He fixed his tie and his dark grey vest.
Abraxas opened his dorm's door, and looked around, to see if there's anyone who could see him. When he made sure there's no one around, he walked towards Tom's prefect dorm.
Abraxas knocked on Tom's dorm door. After a few moments, the boy opened it. Abraxas walked in, while Tom closed the door, and locked it, just in case.
"The book isn't there," Tom began as he sat on his armchair, resting his leg over his knee.
Riddle looked up at the blonde boy, waiting for him to say something.
"How is that possible?"
Tom let out a breath, clearly confused and angry.
"How could I know, Malfoy? That book contains the darkest spells, it must be in the restricted section, yet it isn't"
"You think someone took it?"
"possible," he said, his gaze fixated on the floor "but I would rather think it's well hidden"
It was finally Saturday and everyone was getting ready for the Hogsmeade visit. The girls were all in their dorms, putting on some nice clothes and some makeup.
Amelia wore a blue dress, intending to wrap herself in her black coat. The last days of October were sunny yet windy. She was excited about the visit to the Hogsmeade village, just like everyone else. She was also excited to spend more time with her friends. After that night in the library, she decided not to mention anyone about Riddle being in the restricted section, for now. Maybe it's better that way.
Rebecca was putting on red lipstick, while Amelia did her hair. She pinned a few strands of her hair back, revealing her gorgeous features, a darker shade of pink coloring her lips.
"You look gorgeous" stated Rebecca.
"So do you" Amelia looked at the girl through the mirror.
In a few minutes, they went to the common room, seeing the two boys sitting on the sofa, seeming a little nervous.
Rebecca let out a chuckle, which caught the boy's attention. They quickly stood up and fixed their clothes, approaching the two girls.
"Hello," Rebbeca said softly. Icarus grinned at her "hello"
"Shall we go?" He asked, looking at the other two. Ethan's eyes were locked on Amelia's face, he seemed like he couldn't look away.
"Oh, wait. Where's Irene?" Rebecca looked at Amelia, who seemed as clueless as the other girl was.
"I don't know. I don't remember her telling me if she'll be late" Amelia said.
"She's probably getting ready then" Rebecca hooked her hand around Icarus's arm. "Let's go"
"You are beautiful" Ethan smiled softly at Amelia while walking.
"Thank you."
After a long walk, the students arrived at the Hogsmeade village. The first group of students was already there, everyone going away, heading towards the places they wanted to visit.
