Reminiscence (Arc 3)

Hello everyone, I'm back after finishing my exams. Today, 26th of December is officially one year after I posted this book. It's been a ride hasn't it. Now if I'm correct 3 chapters left from Arc 3, if my writing doesn't feel like mine, it's because I was unable to write for good 2-3 months so I hope I manage to pull out a good satisfaying 2 next chapters.

Oh and DarkotheMapper and I will be doing Q&A on his profile, in book called "DarMar FanDome" I know retarded name. There we will show what we planned for next year and following one. So free to put your questions here :)

Over the horizon, the sun slowly rose behind the snowy mountain peaks. Once dark sky, started to glow in light shade of orange caused by sun's rays.
Below the snowy peaks, a forest layed covered in snow as mist flew over the forest, which only few rays of sunshine managed to go through it.

The forest was mostly silent, once a mighty river which flew through the forest now was frozen. Near the frozen river, a lonely deer was searching for food in these hard times, but luck was on her side as she found a frozen apple laying on the snow.

Deer tried to grab it but only to realize that it was frozen. The hungry deer didn't want to let this chance to slip away that easly. The deer slowly picked the apple and started walking towards the mountain peaks, hoping for warm sun's rays to melt the ice.

Dropping the apple every few meters as it was cold for her mouth. The deer picked-

The deer fell death on snowy ground as arrow flew through her head. A figure slowly approached the corpse as it got out of his hideout. The figure was covered in animal fur, with black leather tunic with golden patterns made of kevlar underneath it. It had makeshift bow made out of wood and string in his left hand.

An infamous League of Assasins knife was located on his belt with few talon shaped kunais. That person of course was Y/N, Y/N Al Ghul.

Five years ago...

I put my bow on my back and pulled the arrow out of deers head and put it back on my quiver. I tied the the corpse with rope I as it was too heavy for me to carry so I decided to pull it back to my hideout. Before doing that, I covered the arrow wound so blood wouldn't drip. I didn't want any predators or other hunters to follow the blood back to my hideout.

David Cain managed to convince Ra's Al Ghul to put me in one of Cain's tournaments. Survive in the Al Ghul forest and kill any other survivor you come across, something like that. Only those who where trained by Cain himself were able to be part of this.

I never wanted to be here at first place. Mother wanted to send us to slaughter some Bat-dragons, which is much more fun then freezing to death in this forest, but orders are orders...I hope Damian left few of them for me to kill.

I have been here for 55 days, encountered 7 other hunters, slaughtered them all. 5 more days left and I didn't met any other hunter in last 2 weeks, so does that mean I'm the last one? I'm not sure but looks of it, rest killed off each other.

After traveling three kilometers from the place I caught the deer, I slowly walked down towards the upper side of the river which was located on the east edge of the forest. A month ago east side of the forest was hit by a blizzard which took down a quarter of the trees.
