Harry set the glass in the sink and leaned on the counter next to me.

“You know I used to work in a bakery before X Factor happened?”

“Wow, really? That’s awesome; I’ve always wanted to own a bakery actual. I haven’t any formal training or anything, but I think it would be fun.”

“You totally should if you really want to.” I laughed, then put the tray of cookies in the oven, and set the timer for seven minutes.

“And now we wait!” I said turning to face Harry. He had dark bags under his eyes, and his hair was a mess.

“How are you feeling?” Harry winced as my thumb brushed over his bruised cheekbone.

“I’m alright, its not that bad.”

“Do you feel like going out and grabbing something to eat?”

“Sure, can I change really quick?”

“Yeah, I have to change too!” I was about to turn and walk away when Harry grabbed my hand.

“Do you forgive me for what happened this morning?” His face was very serious.

“Yeah Harry, Niall will understand when he calms down.” Harry’s face softened and he gave me a hug. Then we both went our separate ways and changed. I changed into a pair of black jeggings and an orange sheer shirt. I walked back into the kitchen just as the timer went off, I pulled the cookies out which were perfectly golden brown. I was eating a cookie right as Harry walked in, he was wearing black pants and a plain white v-neck.

“OO! Can I have one?!” He said like a child.

“Grab one and lets go get some real food!” Harry ran over and grabbed a cookie and we headed out for lunch. I went to get into my car and Harry started laughing “You think I’m getting in that car?!”

“What? Why not!”

“It’s white! I hate white cars!”

“Oh my god Harry. Whatever, you can drive then!” We got into his car and headed to Brioche Café.

Before we got to the café we made a pit stop at local liquor store and picked up a bottle of wine. I was all out and I knew we would need some after the day we’ve had.

When we finally walked into the café Harry bought my lunch for me, I ordered a bowl of potato soup. We found a seat and started to eat, but Harry kept glancing behind me, his face faded each time.

“What?” I said concerned.

“It’s nothing, don’t worry!” Harry said reassuring me, but I wasn’t convinced. I finally turned around and that’s when I saw Niall and Madison flirting only five tables away from us.
