Izzy’s POV

I was feeling a whole lot better with taking all my medication and getting a lot of rest. I just put the kids down and it was just me and Geena. Sammi had to go home. I saw Juliet at the Florida show last night. Ella was coming out to see Jake and us soon. Geena decided to spend the night with CC so Ashley was staying with me tonight. I grabbed the popcorn I made and sat down on the couch with Ashley. “So when we have the day off in NY I’m flying down to Tennessee see my grandmother. She called me saying she misses me and wants to meet her great grandkids.” I said. “Okay babe. Maybe I could come with.” He said. “Well I don’t want to make you late for your next concert.” I said. “Don’t worry. You won’t make me late or miss it. I will get back on time.” He said. “Okay. Well be prepared to dress like a country man.” I said. “Bring it on.” He said kissing me. I turned on the TV. Finally American Idol was back on. I cuddle into Ashley and watched the TV quietly. The poor little Asian kid sounded horrible. I felt so bad for him but he was so horrible. When Evan Ruggiero came on I got a little sad. He got his leg amputated because of his cancer but he never gave up on his dreams. He sounded amazing too. And he could play the guitar amazingly. I can’t believe they told him no though. I want to bring him out to California and give him a shot. Ashley kissed my forehead. “I love you.” I said. “I love you too.” He said. I heard crying from the bedroom. I started to get up. “I got it.” Ashley said getting up. I smiled and watched him go take care of the kids. He is an amazing dad. I quietly got up and looked in the bedroom. He was sitting there rocking Melody back and forth and singing to her. I smiled and felt so happy that he was here for them. He placed her in her crib and walked back out. He looked at his phone. “I gotta go play. I’ll be back in two hours. I hope.” He said. I laughed and kissed him. He kissed back and got off the bus. I sat back down and watched the TV. I heard someone fussing so I got up and saw Austin was awake. I got up and sat on the couch with him. “Someone a little cranky.” I said. He nodded like he understood me. I grabbed a bottle from the fridge and heated it up. He smiled as I got it out of the microwave. I sat back down and fed him. He finished and I burped him. He smiled at me and watched the TV. He pointed at the judges. “What you wanna be a singer?” I said. He smiled. “Well you will be a beautiful singer one day.” I said hugging him. I sang him Sweet Dreams Are Made Of These. He fell asleep quickly. I turned off the TV and headed into the bedroom. I laid down and rested Austin on top of me. I soon fell asleep with him. About two hours later I heard a crash from the front of the best. I picked up Austin and Melody and hid in the closet. I called Ashley. ‘Ashley, there is someone in the bus.” I said quietly into the phone. “I’m coming right now baby. Stay hidden.” He said. I tried to keep as quiet as possible. I heard the bus door open and the sound of people fighting. “Izzy, come out.” I heard Ashley yell. I looked and found Jayy on the ground with Dahvie. “Guys. What the fuck you scared me.” I said slapping them. “Sorry.” Jayy groaned. “Sorry, guys.” Ash said helping them up. “It’s okay. We should’ve called and not walked on.” Dahvie said. I yawned. “Well if you are staying which you probably are. Grab a bunk and get some sleep. I will see you in the morning.” I said hugging them goodnight. They said goodnight and headed to a bunk while Ashley went to take a shower. I put the kids back to bed and waited for Ashley. He came in and hugged me tightly. I kissed him and rested my head on his chest. I soon fell asleep.

Jayy’s POV

I woke up early to the smell of coffee coming from the kitchen. I got up and headed into the kitchen. I found Izzy making breakfast. “Sorry about last night.” I said. “Don’t worry about it Jayybear.” She said hugging me. “We missed you.” I said smiling. “Jayy I am fine. I have a doctor appointment today.” She said. “I know but I’m still worried about you.” I said hugging her tightly trying not to cry. “Jayy, they got the tumor out. I should be perfectly fine.” She said kissing my forehead. I kissed her cheek and sat down. Dahvie came stumbling out with his makeup smudged everywhere. Izzy tried not to laugh but fell to the ground laughing. “What’s going on?” Dahvie asked. “Nothing. I made a funny face and she started laughing.” I said. He nodded and sat down. Ashley came out and started laughing too. Dahvie looked confused but waved it off. I saw Iz take a picture with her phone. I looked on Instagram and saw the picture of Dahvie. I started dying laughing. It already had 2,000 likes. Dahvie took out his phone and looked. “You bitch.” He said running to the bathroom. He came back out with a clean face and a thing of baby powder. I gave Izzy a look and she nodded. He was right on her back and she turned around. She grabbed the baby powder and dumped it on him. “Don’t think you can antique me Mr. Vanity.” she said. He sighed and went to clean up. He came back and joined us for breakfast. “Your children are so well behaved. They know how to sleep.” I said. “I know. I love it so much.” Izzy said. We finished eating and Ashley said goodbye. Iz gave him a kiss and he headed to the guys bus for an important meeting. “Will you guys come with me today?” she asked. “Of course we will.” I said. She smiled and went to take a shower. I picked up Melody because she started crying and Dahvie grabbed Austin. We fed them each a bottle and changed their diapers. As soon as Izzy got out of the shower. Dahvie jumped in and I after him. I drove to the hospital since Izzy was really nervous. She sat in the back holding both Austin and Melody’s hands. We got there and I saw tears well up in her eyes. I helped her out of the car and we went upstairs. “I can’t do this I’m too scared.” She said turning around to leave. I grabbed her arm. “You can do this Izzy. You are one of the strongest and bravest people I know.” I said. I took Austin’s carrier and held her hand as we walked into the waiting room. Dahvie checked her in as we sat and waited. She got called in. We all sat around waiting as they took her tests. She sat there waiting holding Melody and Austin. “You are fine Izzy.” Dahvie said rubbing her back. “I hope so. I don’t want to leave you guys.” She said. I held her hand and comforted her. The doctor came back in. “Isabella Purdy. I’m happy to tell you that you are in remission and you are perfectly healthy.” He said. Izzy smiled and hugged the doctor tightly after giving me the kids. We got down to the car and she called Ashley. I could hear him crying over the phone. “Lunch my treat.” I said. Izzy smiled as we pulled into Friday’s. I grabbed Melody and Dahvie grabbed Austin. She grabbed our free hands and we walked in. We were seated quickly. I ordered a chicken sandwich, Dahvie got a Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad, and Izzy got a Jack Daniel’s burger. Izzy fed Austin and Melody a bottle. “So how are you and Ashley?” I asked. “We’re good. I love being out here with him. I’m glad he isn’t drinking a lot too.” She said. “Well since we are here you are off mommy duty tonight and we are going to a bar.” Dahvie said. “Ask Ashley.” She said. “I will text him right now.” Dahvie said whipping out his phone dramatically. We both laughed at him. We ate our food and headed back to the bus. When we got there Ashley was standing there all happy and holding something behind his back. Izzy got out of the car and walked over to him. “What you go there Purdy boy?” she asked him. He smiled pulled a bouquet of white and black roses. “Awwwww.” Me and Dahvie said. Ashley blushed. Izzy took them and kissed him. We headed inside and placed Austin and Melody down for a nap. “You can take Izzy tonight but I just need her for the beginning of the concert.” Ashley said. “Yay.” I said. Izzy looked scared but just waved it off. I smiled at her and we all sat around watching TV till it was time to get ready.
