Kenneth was right that rolling down the hill wouldn't kill Evelina, but it still hurts like hell!
As Evelina tumbled over the hill, her arms got scratched by some jagged rocks that sticks out without time for her notice. So it was not a smooth roll down the hill at all! Evelina can feel some cuts and bruises forming on her arms and legs. There is some near-deep gashes too. If her head was scraped or worse, she maybe could've been killed! About midway down the hill, she grabbed on to a bunch of grass to stop herself from continuing her descent.

"That fuck'n piece of shit royal guard! You didn't have to push me!" Evelina cursed. "I have never f*cking like your character in this damn novel! I f*cking hate hotheaded imbeciles!"

"I need to prevent more injuries on myself," she looked down below to see if there is a clear path on the hill to avoid any more rocks. Once she found a safe pathway, she let go of the grass and stealthily rolled over the smooth parts of the hill to reach the bottom.

Evelina landed on her knees. She then stood up and wiped away the stray grass on her dress.

"So that over there is Beggar's Village?" The village seems to be about a half hour walking distance. Evelina can see something like wooden houses far away.
"I don't know if I have any energy left to walk over there. I am tired and hungry, and I desperately need a bath." Unfortunately, Evelina have no choice but to walk ahead.

Her injuries is a burden for her to move forward, but she have to push through.

During her journey, Evelina tried very hard to ignore the pain. At some point she had to stop and take a break because it was getting too much for her. She was slowly getting delirious due to lack of sustenance. She suddenly thought about the original Evelina. She wondered what happened to her soul before she took over her body. She thought that the author was very cruel to give the original Evelina a miserable life. The novel was only through a third person viewpoint of the narrator that showed no evidence that Evelina did those terrible things to Meredith. The male leads just believed the words of Meredith without proof that Evelina actually did those things.

Evelina, now in the body of the so-called villainess, hated all the main characters to the core.

So far she only saw some small animals like rabbits and squirrels and the occasional deer. She later stumbled upon a small river bank. She knelt and dipped her hands in the water. With water in her palms she drank from it. She thought she had to swim to get to the other side but fortunately, she saw a log long enough to help her cross it. Before it drifts away by the river stream, she grabbed the edge of the log with her strength and lay it across the river to help her cross to the other side. She walked over the log and once she reached the other side, continued on with her journey.

Someone's POV
A woman in her 30s came out of a rickety wooden house. She came out to collect the laundry left to air dry when she saw a small figure at a distance. The figure was walking lethargically, but kept walking closer and closer.

"Oh my!" The woman saw that the figure was a very thin teenage girl. Her plain clothing have many smudges of dirt. Her long blonde hair was a mess of tangles. She had bruises all over her limbs. Her arms and legs have many cuts, even deep gashes. She looks worse for wear.

The girl made it over until she stood a few meters away from the woman then collapsed to her knees.

"Please......help......food," the girl said weakly with outstretched hands, then she her face fell forward towards the ground, unconscious.

"Oh my Lord! This girl must be saved! Help! Help! Someone bring a healer quickly!" The woman shouted and knelt down beside the girl.

The villagers in the vicinity heard her cries. They stopped doing their tasks and quickly came over and surrounded the woman and girl.
