This dream wasn't necessarily strange, but it did feel extremely real.
Okay. So it was 1991 during the filming of Newsies. I had the role of a seventeen year old named Ophelia "Lia/Notes" Kelly. Yep. My character was the twin sister of Jack Kelly and was also Davey's love interest for some reason.
Anyway, I was really close with Ele Keats (Sarah Jacobs in the movie), David Moscow, and Christian Bale. Like we hung out with each other a lot. David and Ele were a couple, but Christian and I were at that confusing stage which basically meant we were somewhere in between being friends and being a couple for some reason.
Here's the main/ interesting part of the dream:
David, Ele, Christian, and I were talking about/planning a trip to Disneyland for one of the next days we have off from filming while hanging out in my trailer. We planned everything like if we were going to ride Jungle Cruise or the Pirates Of The Caribbean ride or the Haunted Mansion ride first and stuff like that. Then, Christian and David began talking amongst themselves about something I couldn't hear or remember.
As the two of them were talking, Ele asked me if Christian and I were ever going to become serious (as in becoming a couple). I told her that it's up to Christian since I've been dropping hints that he hasn't been picking up on.
After that, Ele and David left, and it was just Christian and me sitting in my trailer. Christian then picked up a book I had on the floor, which was Romeo And Juliet. Why? I honestly don't know.
Then, Christian opened the book and began quoting it, specifically this line, "Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night." I was blushing at that. Christian immediately took me by surprise and kissed me.
After we parted, he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes.
Then, some random stuff involving Max, Michael, and Trey doing stupid stuff that I can't really remember happened.
The other stuff I can remember before waking up was that Christian sang Here, There and Everywhere by the Beatles (which is my favorite love song currently) and that Luke (Les Jacobs in the movie) and Dominic (Bumlets in the movie) wanted me to make them cookies for some random reason.
So yeah. That was a dream I had last night.
I'm also starting school on Wednesday, and I'll be a senior in high school so that's fun.
