So basically it's an old tweet that Lin-Manuel Miranda made about 92sies to celebrate Alan Menken (who composed the songs for Newsies and a ton of Disney movies from the 1990s).
I guess this means he likes 92sies and Newsies in general, which is honestly pretty cool considering a lot of people don't really know about/like 92sies.
