*Kumori Tatsumaki's POV*
It's been a week since I started my second year at U.A. High School. I walked to school, still feeling awful about what happened this past Tuesday. I had a gut feeling that my dad was the one who confronted Miss Haisoku in Principal Nezu's office. I feel awful about it. Like it's my fault. I wish I hadn't said anything, especially about having a new teacher. Whether someone is competent or not is the one thing my dad values in a person.
I walked through the U.A. High School gate as I was about to start my school day. I heard Toshiko's loud voice on the way to the door. "K-Drizzle!" she shouted as she ran towards me.
I don't like that nickname. "Drizzle" feels kind of weird.
"Hey Toshiko." I responded. I saw Enyo standing next to her. "Since when were you friends with Jinkai?" I asked her. "Since yesterday's detention, bruh! This dude is a vibe!" Toshiko told me. "I listened to your beats when I got home yesterday, T-Terror. They're pretty good, bro." Enyo complimented.
Oh great. There's two of them. Except Toshiko is more hyper, and Enyo is more chill. Enyo reminds me of those stereotypical beach boys who surf.
"Let's head to class together, K-Drizzle! The three of us! I feel like you and E-Conch will vibe together." Toshiko said.
Great. She gave him a nickname too.
As we walked to class, I learned that Enyo talks a lot. Like a lot. "Dude, I didn't know you were friends with T-Terror! That's crazy, bro." he said. "I just didn't believe you two were friends because you're so quiet. You never talk, dude. Why is that? You seem cool. You seem chill. We should hang out some time and blaze together, man." Enyo rambled. "Blaze?" I asked him. "You know." he said. "Rolling that weed." he whispered in my ear. "Um.... no thanks. I don't do that kind of stuff." I told him. "You don't roll that way? Alright, dude. Your loss." he replied.
"Yo, you fuck with that?!" Toshiko asked him. "Hell yeah I fuck with that." Enyo responded. "How about we hang out and get fucked up? K-Drizzle, you can chill with us if you want." Toshiko offered. "Like I said, I don't do drugs." I repeated. "You don't have to do jack shit, man. You can just chill with us. Besides, we could use someone sober to make sure we don't do crazy shit that'll get us in trouble." Enyo said. "I don't think my dad would like that.........." I told him. "Man, your dad sounds like a total bummer." Enyo replied.
He sure got one thing right. Yet even if my dad wasn't like that, I don't think hanging out with Toshiko and Enyo as they're both stoned out of their minds would be a fun day for me. I have a feeling it would be like babysitting toddlers.
We walked inside of the classroom and sat down in our seats. Miss Haisoku and Mr. Akimitsu were both in the classroom early this time, and my classmates were talking amongst each other until our first class started. It was a Monday, which meant that my classmates and I were having Hero Lessons later that day. I was just hoping my classmates and I weren't doing anything too intense.
After we had all of our other classes of the day, it was time for Hero Lessons, the last class period on a Monday for us. Miss Haisoku walked back inside of the classroom after Spritzarella, our World History teacher, made her exit.
"Good afternoon, class." Miss Haisoku said politely. "Good afternoon, Miss Haisoku!" some of us said (along with Mr. Akimitsu, who was interpreting what Onri said in sign language). "Before we start today's Hero Lesson, I would like to have you all change into your P.E. Uniforms and follow me to the P.E. Grounds." she instructed.
We all went into our respective locker rooms to change into our P.E. uniforms (except for Onri, who changed in the bathroom) and then we followed Miss Haisoku to the P.E. Grounds. She then stood in front of five robots of different shapes and sizes.
