After Brian's confession towards Jane, she had promised him not to tell anyone and of course had kept that promise but she feared that things would get a little weird between them. And they were at first. But luckily not for very long.

Shortly after that weird evening, Roger would finally do a thing that he had been planning for some time. He realised that he and Jane never really had a date so he planned a little one. The boys loved that idea and helped him plan everything. After another gig, Roger walked up to Jane and laid an arm around her. "Get in the car, love. I'll take you somewhere", he whispered. "Where?", Jane smiled surprised. "It's a surprise", he said and winked at her.

Jane raised a brow but nodded. "Fine. I'll just quickly get changed", she said and went into the tour bus to get some fresh clothes. When she came out, she saw Roger already waiting at the car. "I still don't know why we are doing this", she said laughing a bit. Roger rolled his eyes. "Stop asking questions and get in", he demanded. "Yes sir", she said and opened the door.

Roger stiffed when she said that. "Please don't use phrases like that in public", he begged quietly. Jane smiled teasingly. "Whatever you say. Sir", empathising the 'sir'. "I hate you", he whispered, keeping his eyes shut. "Payback for the 'telling the guys private things' incident", Jane said, smiling proudly. "Fair enough", he shrugged and they both set down and Roger started driving.

They drove about thirty minutes until Roger stopped at a cliff. He got out of the car and opened the door for Jane. "What a gentleman", she said and smiled. "Close your eyes", Roger said. "What?"
"Trust me!". So she closed her eyes and let Roger guide her a few meters (or feet idc I'm European) further. "Now open them", he whispered.

Jane did so and when she opened her eyes, she saw a picnic blanket with lots of food on it. Fairy lights were hanging on the nearby trees and down the cliff was the city, shining like diamonds in the dark. "Wow! Roger that's beautiful!", she marvelled. "But what exactly is this?"

"I realised we never actually had a real date so I thought we'd just do it now". Jane smiled widely and kissed him. "I love it", she whispered overjoyed. "I'm glad", he whispered back. "I suppose the boys helped you with all of this?", Jane said. "Yes they did. Fred and Bri brought the stuff up here while Deacy tried to distract you.", Roger explained. "Oohhh so that's why he asked me so much about make up", Jane laughed.

They had some food and laughed and chatted a lot. Roger even put on some music and they danced a bit. Shorty after that, Jane was laying in his arms, looking up to the stars, when Roger started to ask her: "Honey I really don't want to ruin the moment but I just gotta know. Why did you cry so bad recently? I really want to know about the things that upset you so I can keep them away from you."
Jane sighed but she thought 'now or never', so she sat up and started to speak.

"So the reason I had this break down is....my aunt. She called me and said things like 'your parents are better off dead so they don't have to see you'". Roger looked clearly confused. "Why would she say such a thing?!", he asked slightly mad. At her aunt of course.

"Because she doesn't except me the way I am. The true me. And I'm afraid you won't either", she said holding back tears. Roger took her in his arms and kissed her head. "Shut up you beautiful demon. Why would you ever think that?"

As much as she hated it, she freed herself from his embrace. "I am bisexual, Roger",she just said and looked down.

"So?", he said after a moment of silence. Jane looked up again with a obvious question mark on her face. "So the fuck what darling. I don't give a damn. You're mine, aren't you? And that's the only thing that counts for me. How could I ever not accept you? I love you for fuck sake!", he quickly stopped talking after speaking those words.

He had never said this to anyone. "You love me?", she whispered. "Of course I do", he said and Jane jumped over to hug him. They both fell to the ground. He softly laughed and hugged her back. "I never said this to anyone, you know?" Jane smiled surprised and overly happy. She leaned up and kissed him.

"I love you too", she whispered. Roger smiled and brought his forehead against hers. "And by the way. The fact that you're bi is actually really fucking hot", he said and bit his lip. He had no idea how much that meant to Jane. Finally no more rejection.

"You are a cheeky bastard but please never stop being one", she said with a wink. "I think I'll tell the others too though. But not like an announcement or something, maybe just in a little conversation."
"Sounds like a good plan to me"
