"Leave this place or suffer certain death" Varvatos exaggerated, shoving his cane in the boy's direction.
The boy ,who was quite the enigma, only laughed "Hey, you're pretty funny". He just pushed the cane away from himself.
"Can I interest you guys in a newspaper subscription?" What was this kid going on about?
Aja and krel stuck their heads out the doorway "what's a newspaper?" Aja asked the human.
"I know right? It's a dying medium" You were more confused than ever now, he seemed friendly, despite the harm he had done to your ears with the continuous ringing.
"Where did this even come from, it seemed to have sprouted out of nowhere" he pushed past the four of you, welcoming himself into the house. Did all humans just rudely walk into places.
Flower vases and other miscellaneous items started to appear out of thin air behind the human out of his sight "whoa, retro cool. Really cool crib, do people say crib anymore?" If all humans were this talkative then you would want to leave this planet immediately.
There was a mysterious sound coming from one of the items mother had made appear and it seemed to have Krel entranced with it.
Your shoulder had involuntarily started to spasm to the fast beat of the current sound. "You feel it too don't you?" Krel didn't wait for a response as he took your hand and led you over to the weird mystical item.
"Where is this coming from?" Krel asked, keeping his hand in yours, his head going up and down like your shoulder had previously been doing.
The boy turned around from admiring the 'pool' "you've never heard of vintage music?"
"Ha, I like vintage" Krel used your intertwined hand to push you towards him till your chest was practically touching his. "Krel..what?" You sputtered as he put his opposite hand on your waist to pull you closer, not that that was possible.
"Payback" he spun you outward making you lean a bit more towards the dizziness end of the scale.
Aja laughs "lively."
"Who are you, cute fur ball?" You heard the human ask. You looked at him to the best of your ability while Krel forced you to dance along to what you had learned was called 'music' with him. On top of that you were sure you were beat red by now.
There was a small creature with a weird covering leaning on the human. "Is that luug?" You heard Varvatos ask.
Luug?
"What happened to him, he's covered in terrestrial fungus." Krel finally decided to let go of you, letting you do your own things with your wobbly legs and spinning head.
You stumbled over to Aja "what did I do to him?" You referred to it when he said it was payback.
"It was probably because you kissed him."
When in the frickity frack did that happen?
The human started talking again “so where are you parents?” he asked.
You were still trying to rack your brain to figure out when that had happened “who demands to know?”
“When did that happen?” you asked Aja who nonchalantly tilted her head to the side, which was her way of telling you to figure it out yourself.
The human tapped his finger to his chin, he was still holding the rolled up ‘newspaper’ that was supposed to be yours. “Me, I guess.” If you didn't know any better you would have said that he was intimidated by Varvatos, but who wasn't?
