The three girls decided to have a quick trip to a corner store after taking a good lunch. Yes, students are allowed to go out for since it's lunch break.
Akari grab a bag of chips and Hina only got a chocolate pie. There's nothing big or something came up during their quick trip, but Yui is twice careful to Hina as she walks beside her. "Guys know what? I feel good being like this..because you guys care a lot to me."
"Pfft, we care a lot for each other. I'd do the same thing if Akari get injured." Yui says. Hina pat her shoulders, "Why are you so good at comforting people? You should have a boyfriend already."
"You think I'd get a chance to date our teacher?" Yui rolled her eyes. They snorted. Then, Hina kept her focus at her almost worn out bandages, "I hope someday we get to meet someone that's car—"
As soon as Akari stopped talking. Hina followed to where she was looking at, only to see— Takahashi Ran. He was outside Asahi Sora's practice room. It's one of the few times they saw him in his school uniform..yet, he still looks good in it as Hina would thought.
"Hina? What happened to you?" He sounded worried. *Turned out I was right, I saw them from afar.* Ran thought.
Hina's initial thought was like, "Why is he talking to me? It's like he hardly notice people in the campus and he seldom talk to other students particularly if it's not from the same block as him. But instead, Hina answered, "I'm OK."
"Are you sure?" He asks again. "It's healing.." She replied.
Ran let out a sigh of relief. Hina cuts him off when he was about to talk. She didn't want him to miss the timing if Sora exited the room suddenly and he's not there. "Can I get a response now? To my apology?" Akari and Yui took a step back, giving the two the privacy to talk.
Placing his hands on his waist, "Listen, I was about to tell you this but it's pretty hectic, I was out with Asahi Sora ye—" Hina cut him off again, "Do you forgive us?" I asked. He puckered his lip before making his response.
This, you; looking so helpless the second I was not able to see you makes me want to keep you around too. When you're looking like this, I kinda want to protect you at all cost. But on the other hand, I want to call this quits so it won't be a bothersome.
"..Fine, I accept your apology. I forgive you, but only you, Himari Hina. And I hope you don't feel guilty for Saito's wrong doings because it's not your fault. I interfered."
"So, you're still out here waiting for him to come to you and apologize? It's not gonna happen, it's never gonna happen, Ran. J-just..stay away from him."
Hina sounded all so concerned unlike before. She remembered the bitter quarrel she had with Saito. "He's going to be beaten..again if insists," She whispers. "No, I'll just think of your response as a whole. Please, don't wait for him, it's not worth it."
"I know my place and you just have to stay out of it." Ran bluntly responded, "All those things you did back there, I was thankful for it, my team loved the efforts but for now, let's put a stop to all of this..."
His words pierced through her chest. "O-kay, my intention was to seek for your forgiveness, nothing more. Nothing else." Hina expressed. "Right."
Himari Hina finally has a thick reason not to see him anymore. But was this the closure she wanted?
Out of nowhere, Asahi Sora exited her practice room and the first thing she saw outside was — Takahashi Ran talking to somebody else.
Sora balled her fist, fuming in anger. She goes back to the room as fast as she can. Pushing someone's back blocking her way, she finally had a bigger view of what's from afar, with her keen eyes sight, she didn't miss any details of what they're doing.
Until Takahashi Ran turn his head, Sora composed herself in a snap, her anger turns into a calm persona.
"Oh? Ran? Why are you here outside? You could've just enter my practice room..Poor you, but it's okay. I'm here."
With those words, Ran felt his heart skipped a beat. Sora's least concern for him always sends him straight to cloud 9 —Giving us the a conclusion that nobody really appreciate your concerns unless he's really into you.
