SEOLJOO took a pause from greeting her co-workers goodbye to head to the office of the Chief Financial Officer, Kwon Eunha.

She has been going to every department to officially say goodbye. There were people who were obviously shocked about her sudden resignation. They couldn't believe that the president of the company would let the ace leave just like that. They know how much the CEO himself favors her because of her hardwork and dedication to her work.

Of course, there were also those people who obviously rejoiced after she bid goodbye. Seoljoo was the strict inspector anyway. They were happy to finally get her out of their sight and they could do whatever they wanted.

Seoljoo softly knocked at the door of the CFO and pushed it open. "CFO Kwon, did you call for me?"

The lady who was sitting in front of her computer turned to her and her face glowed right after recognizing Seoljoo.

"Seoljoo-ssi!" Eunha called. She instantly left her desk and headed to the meeting table. "Come here and sit. Would you like something to drink?"

Seoljoo sat as she was instructed, making sure that the chair she was sitting at is aligned with the other chairs. "It's fine, CFO Kwon. I just had coffee."

The younger lady took a deep breath. She pushed a little cactus' case to align it with the other table decoration before asking. "Is there anything that I can do for you on my last day in the company?"

Eunha noticed how uncomfortable the soon-to-be ex-employee was. She had heard about her current situation from the CEO himself and she went to put things out of place just to confirm it with her own eyes.

"It is a waste that you'd be leaving the company, Seoljoo-ssi. I can still remember how you saved us from finding out software holes from our special project last time. You basically saved a lot of families." The CFO sincerely expressed her amazement of the younger girl.

Seoljoo just smiled faintly.

"I also remember that. It was the very reason I immediately got promoted as assistant manager." Seoljoo answered, looking down so she would not see the disorganized items in the room.

"What are your plans after this?" Eunha asked.

"There's no plan about the next job. I will seek treatment first. I think that's top priority." Seoljoo politely replied. "I was advised to unwind and explore new things. The psychiatrist said that it would help..."

"Alright..." Eunha slid the tablet pc in front of Seoljoo to show her a picture. "This is my nephew. If you don't mind, maybe you can work as his assistant."

Seoljoo's eyes widened for a second. "B-But, I want to take a break--"

"My nephew's work is something that you will enjoy. He's an illustrator and an official author of LiMe webtoon. And guess what, his story got so big that it will get a drama adaptation."

Eunha crossed her arms as she leaned back on her seat. "You mentioned before that your original dream is to become an author. I believe you will learn a lot from him."

Seoljoo was amazed. She didn't know that CFO Kwon remembers about her dream. If it wasn't because of her household's financial status then she could've pursued her dream but she had to secure a job first since she had to earn for her family.

"I believe you two will also get along. You can just play around and have fun but I will still pay you."

Seoljoo looked at the picture of Eunha's nephew once again. In that one picture, she could say that the said guy is very refined and elegant.

"But... it is not just about me, right?" Seoljoo asked as she was quick to read the atmosphere. "There's something else behind this, right?"

A smile curved up off Eunha's lips. As expected from Seoljoo.

"Yes..." Eunha admitted. "My special request is... that you make sure that he's presentable whenever he faces the media."

Seoljoo ended up taking Eunha's offer. She thought that it wouldn't be that bad. It was her dream to be an internet content creator anyway and webtoon is one of the many things that she would love to try. If only her work wasn't that time consuming and stressful then she could've tried after she paid all the debts left by her father.

But she has freedom now. It's a good opportunity to try it.

The girl left Eunha's office, promising that she will start with her new work after two weeks of rest. In the end, she still needs some time for herself.

After a while, Lee Yui, the secretary of the CFO, entered the office to discuss some business matters and Eunha welcomed with a warm smile.

"Anyway..." Lee Yui sighed after all the discussion. "Are you sure that you are going to send Seoljoo to hell?"

Eunha was a bit surprised but she then cackled at Yui's statement. "I am not sending her to hell. I am sending her there to have fun."

"But you know her situation. Do you thinks she can withstand--"

"It will be fine, Yui." Eunha seemed so confident while speaking but Yui noticed her clenched fists. "It will be fine. Hyuk won't disappoint the whole family in front of the media at this big break of his. And our Seoljoo will be the one to help him."

Yui just shook her head. There's the Kwon Family pride again. "If you say so... I will be heading out then."

The secretary was about to open the door when...

"Yui-ya... are you free this weekend?" The CFO asked with a sly smile on her face followed by a wink.

The secretary just released a deep sigh. "You know I always have time for you, CFO Kwon."
