Avery than takes the knife and stabs natasha's abdomen

She passes out in avery's arms

Avery wakes up

Avery: "NO"

Avery sits up in a blink of an eye

She was drenched in sweat, tears running down her face and gasping for air. Avery digs her face into her knees and grabs her hair

Avery: "it's not real it's not real that happened a long time ago. Natalia is fine. She's at home she's fine..."

Avery reached to the nightstand and grabs her phone. She unlocks it and scrolls though her contacts calling natashas number. She waited, hear the ringing waiting for Natasha to pick up

Avery: "please pick up please pick up please pick up"

The phone keeps on ringing then the call was answered. Natasha answered. Her voice was groggy

Nat: "hello?"

Avery: "hey baby..."

Nat: "hey babe what's why are you calling so late?"

She yawns

Avery: "I had a nightmare and- and"

Nat: "was it about stabbing me?"

Avery sighs

Nat: "hey I'm still alive I'm fine okay"

Avery: "Talia"

Nat: "yes Av"

Avery: "can you stay on the phone for a bit... please"

Nat: "sure"

An hour later

Avery: "I think it's time I-"

She sighs

Nat: "hey take your time"

Avery: "i should talk to someone about this... I though I would get over all of this soon but I can't. I really need to talk to someone about this it's just"

Avery: "it's just whenever I talk about this I have flashbacks of when I tried talking about my feeling in the red room... I would get hit or be taken to the room or not be given food. I just"

she sighs once more

Avery: I don't know how to talk about feelings or my past. It freaks me out an overwhelms me. god my life is so f*cked up"

Nat: "don't say that. Yes stuff has happened in the past but things are getting better. Yes it's happening slowly and will take time but it will happen"

Avery: "yeah you're right"

Nat: "do you want me to contact Jemma and see if she knows a good therapist from shield?"

Avery: "mhm"

Nat: "okay I'll contact her later. I love you Avery"

Avery: "I love you too Talia. Thanks for talking with me"

Nat: "no problem av. Can wait to see you later"

Avery: "yeah"

Nat: "do you want me to stay on longer?"
