Later on in the day, Ally was playing in the front yard and I was sat on our porch which had an outdoor dining set on one side and a porch swing on the other, the sun was setting which gave the sky a nice warm glow, I was reading then decided to look at the sky for a bit as it got darker until I heard some laughing coming from the yard where Ally was playing, I looked over to where Ally was and saw her getting her faced licked by a dog, Ally was scratching the dog behind his ears which was exciting it even more, I smiled at the adorable sight in front of me before looking around to see if the dog's owner was nearby, and there he was standing watching the adorable sight with a big smile on his face before I distracted him
Y/N: Is he yours?
Chris: Yeah, sorry about that he doesn't usually do that
Y/N: It's okay, she likes dogs
Chris: It seems like he likes her too
Y/N: What's his name?
Chris: Dodger
Y/N: Like the dog from Oliver and Company
Chris: Yeah, how did you know?
Y/N: It was one of my favourite movies growing up and Ally loves it too
Chris: I use to watch it all the time growing up too, I absolutely love it
