Erica's Story

She was a really gifted and talented kid who could literally do anything, everything she did was perfect in every way. Nobody knew how she did it but it was actually because she mimics people, that was one of her abilities. Her father caught on to this and fed her a lot of knowledge because he knows he can take advantage of this. (This led to neglecting Scarlette causing her to have anger issues, close-minded and having lack of attention ever since her step-mom died.)

Of course Erica was exhausted, she wasn't immune to burnout and tiredness, at this time she hasn't learned her "absorption" ability yet.
As she grows old, she became curious about this ability and began searching for others like her. She learned that this ability is rare but that does not surprise her. When she digs deeper she discovers this book about The Worshipped Goddess of Mischief. She discovers that this Goddess has mimicry and was very powerful.

So when she got a hold of this knowledge she digs even deeper and found a hidden cult that worshipped this Goddess. She joins in and this is where she learns that they practice necromancy, magic energy absorption, and mimicry. All were the major abilities of this Goddess.

The cult was surprisingly kind, no malice, nothing 'chaos' related, just genuine people who wanted to learn these kind of magic and destroy the stigma that all it can do is destruction and evil.

As she learns more and more, and practiced these abilities, she was given the title "Demi-Goddess" as she keeps perfecting every single practice that they had.
Little did they know that she was an incarnation of this so called "Goddess."

This is where she unlocks all her minor abilities and all the major ones. Once she gains knowledge of this she realizes that she's an incarnation. She's the one who's supposed to be this mischievous, chaotic entity that would destroy everything in its path.

Once she had this realization, her heart dropped, she wasn't like this, she isn't evil, she was good. She was a model student. She was kind and empathetic, she can't bring destruction to this world that she loves, she sees the good in everyone and she will fight this destiny as the entity of chaos.

But alas, after years of rigorous training, her abilities became stronger, much stronger to the point where she can't control it. She has tried to contain it but it has gotten to a point where she can't even cast a spell because it'd explode because of the amount of magic that she has.

Her dad and Scarlette caught on to this and was surprised. Scarlette grew resentful, but took this advantage and started to make Erica lash out. Erica was getting paranoid because she knows this power is not safe, and she wished she hadn't discovered or knew about it.

Despite Scarlette's attempt of making Erica look bad to their dad, he didn't care and was worried sick with Erica emitting more and more magic energy as she struggles to contain it. He was trying to help her but she couldn't tell him the truth, she was afraid.

Once her fear grew larger she distanced herself from the friendly cult, she isolated herself from her sister and father. She locked herself in a tower hoping she would just die there and not have to deal with this power, praying that she'd wake up a different person. A different destiny.

That didn't last long.

She was so isolated, she wanted to see someone, a familiar face, she was delirious, and so with her not on the right state of mind, she wanted to see her family again. Scarlette, her father, her uncle and her nieces.

She unlocked her tower and was happy to see her family. Her fear and anxiety was gone. What mattered was her family, their happiness and joy comforted her.

Once she rehabilitated to her old life again, it seemed like she forgot everything. The cult, her abilities, and how she's going to cause chaos. Her family didn't mind. As long as she's happy and healthy, that's all they wanted.
