right before I start this chapter I know I said It starts on a Saturday but just pretend that it was Sunday instead and today is Monday also apart from that (Idk if I will yet) I might re-write the story but I'm not sure amd im going to try update every friday other than that on with the chapter!

Ruby and the others sat at the table in the cafeteria of beacon and ate their breakfast, normally ruby would be talking to Nora about another one of her crazy dreams or to Pyrrha about their weapons and weapons Pyrrha had seen in the tournaments but today she was more silent than usual, not because she was sad or ignoring anyone but she was thinking about something, specifically Weiss. 'Did it mean anything? I mean she was half asleep when she asked me to sleep with her so it might not mean anything' her head sank into her hand as she quietly sighed before perking up a little 'although she said she had woken up earlier which meant she didn't mind and didn't let go and on top of that she said it was nice' a subtle blush and smile crept up onto her face. She didn't quite know what to do.

She gazed over at Ren and Nora sitting together, while they said they went together-together, they seemed like they might know a little about relationships, after a moment she came to a decision, when they were all ready, she would ask them about her problem and see what they thought about it.

"-by.. ruby!" she looked up to see Weiss calling her, her face slightly concerned
"Hmm? O-oh sorry, I zoned out what were you saying?" Ruby looked away slightly before looking back at Weiss trying hard to keep the blood from rushing to her cheeks

"I was asking if you're ok you're being more quiet than usual "her face softened.

"Yeah, just thinking about what I should do today, I was thinking of maybe going shopping for some baking stuff so I can make cookies" it wasn't exactly a lie, Ruby had been planning to do some baking and welcome her friends to the world of baking.

"Oh, may I join you when you next bake? my butlers always made the treats for me, I wanted to see how you make them, it sounds like quite the fun activity if I'm being completely honest" Weiss didn't know why she had asked, sure it did sound entertaining but she had never thought about it before now. She decided not to dwell on it for too long and think more about it later.

Weiss was content with her decision as she watched ruby's face light up at the suggestion
"I would love to show you!" she beamed at Weiss who fiddled with her hands under the table feeling the heat rising to her face, smiled back before standing and turning to leave before whipping her head around to face ruby

"Come on let's get back to the dorm and get ready for classes" Ruby quickly stood and followed behind Weiss

-time skip-

Ruby stepped out of the shower, drying herself and slipping on her uniform. She walked out the door and turned to leave before the others could question her

"Hey where you going sis?" yang called to ruby

"I'm just going to Jnpr's dorm to ask ren something quickly about his pancake recipe I might try make it myself" Ruby smiled at yang having already thought of her excuse in case anyone asked

"Oh, ok well don't be late we'll meet you there" yang smiled back before going back to what she was doing.

Ruby opened the door shutting it behind her and walked across the hall to their sister team's dorm and knocked on the door. After waiting a few seconds the door opened to reveal Jaune on the over side

"Oh, hey Ruby did you need something?" Jaune asked but ruby replied with a shake of the head

"Actually, I wanted to ask if I could talk to Ren and Nora quick about something," she asked

"yeah, sure come in, we're just getting ready to go to classes so you can walk with us to class if you'd like" Jaune offered to Ruby while gesturing with his hand to come in and moving aside. Ruby walked towards Ren and Nora, who were sitting on their bed waiting for classes to start, Ren was silently reading a book while Nora listened to music with her eyes closed.

"hey guys, could I talk to you both" Ruby asked nervously with her eyes lookng down at the floor.

"Sure, what's up?" Nora asked in her usual bubbly tone and smile.

"Well, I know you two say you aren't together-together but I feel like you would know at least a little about relationships, and umm.... I may like Weiss and I don't really know who else to talk to about it "Ruby blushed and whispered the last part.

"OOOOO spill the tea!" Nora grinned excitedly while ren smiled and gestured for her to continue.

"Well, you know how me and my team usually go out on Sundays" they nodded "well, when we went to this restaurant later in the day after we had finished all the stuff we had done, Weiss fell asleep at the restaurant so I ended up carrying her home and when we got home she was half awake and asked me to sleep with her because she was cold" as ruby was about to continue Nora spoke up.

"ooo you slept with her "Nora smirked mischievously. Ruby could feel her face going red.

"not that kind of sleeping with someone" ruby giggled sheepishly.

" ignore her, she just teasing" Ren commented smiling down at the two.

"well turns out she has a very strong grip even while she was half asleep, so I ended up sleeping with her "ruby withheld the knowledge of her combing Weiss' hair with her hands and her reaction to it. "and she wrapped her arms round my waist so we ended up cuddling, so this morning when we woke up Weiss said she had woken up earlier this morning and while she was confused, she liked it, and i've been thinking whether that meant anything".

Ren and Nora turned to each other for a brief moment before turning back to Ruby

"well we know stuff about relationships as much as anyone else, but it seems that there may be something there we'll try to see if we notice anything while we're around you, other than that i think you may have a chance "Ren answered

"you think so? "Ruby replied back

"of course Ruby! Your awesome "Nora smiled happily

"hey guys, bells about to go we should head to class"Jaune walked over to let them know
