chapter 15: The battle for our happy ending.

Frisk POV.
"CHARA!!" Than a flash of light happen. I than open my eyes and I appear to be in dark places. Than infront me was something white and it floating. "Finally. I was tired of being a flower" than it turn around to me. "Hey ???. Are you there? It me. Your cousin" than he rise up and changed into a different form. "NAPSTABLOOK!!"
(Battle began)
I click check. "Napstablook. Atk ???, def ???. Your last opponent. Do not give up. Stay determined darling" napstablook: "even now with this power you still stand against me? You must really be a fool!" He than summon ghost missiles and fired at me. I got hit abit taking my hp down to 15. He than started moving away and Galaxy colour was coming right behind him. I look at my items and saw I had none. "What happen to my items!?" Napstablook: "I knew you'll be using them so I just made them go away" he than laugh. Without items I cant heal. I knew what I had to do next. I put my hands together "you held on to your Hope that you will free the monsters. You recover 10 hp!" He than summon two ghost blades and swipe at me. there was a timing with his swipes so I was able to dodge them. I held my hands together again. I was thinking of one of my dreams with chara that made me smile. "You held on to your dream with chara. You items have being refill!" Than rain started happening. Ow! This is not rain it acid! I got hit taking my hp to 14. I held my hands again. "You held onto your hopes. You recover 14 hp!" Napstablook: "why do you still stand against me? It because you are determined? Not like that will stop me. Once I kill you I can destroy this world once for all!" Why does he hate humans? Is it because they took someone dear to him? "Ghost swords incoming darling!" Thank voice. I dodge the swipes of the ghost swords. I than chose spare. Napstablook: "once I destroy this world I'll move over to the next but if I get bored I can just reset everything" wait what do he mean reset? Do I have that power? "Acid rain and ghost missiles incoming darling!" Missiles and rain. What a weird combo. I was dodging both the rain and missiles until one of the rain hit me in the eye.I can feel the acid hitting my skin. It was pain full but I will not give up. I look into my items and found picture from my dream with chara in it. I grab one of them and look at it. It made me smile. "You Remembered the dream that you hold dear, it made you smile and restore your 14 hp!" Napstablook: "humans. They are selfish. All they care about is them self. You maybe different but you are in the way of my revenge!" Look like he preparing to use a new move. "Galaxy wave incoming darling!" Than he move his body send waves like beach waves but more dangerous. It was a new attack so I got hit by it taking my hp to 9. I held on to my Hope's again and recover 20hp. Napstablook: "you know I have to thank you! Even as a flower I could not capture them because of chara. She always got on my way but than you came along and got them to trust you. It all your fault!" "Acid rain and ghost blades incoming darling!" Dodging the swipes of his blades and acid rain was really hard. Napstablook: "even now your still standing. You must be so determined. If you survive this than I'll have to use my ultimate attack!" I took look at another dream and recover 14 hp. "Ghost missiles and galaxy wave incoming darling!" I was able to dodge the missiles and galaxy wave. Napstablook does not look happy. Napstablook: "you just dont know when to die do you! Than it time for my ultimate attack!!" Than a large ghost missiles appear in the air and went down at a fast speed. I was able to dodge it but than it started pulling stuff towards me like a vacuum. I dodge them as best as I can. I got hit abit but I'm still moving. Napstablook: "so you survive. I think it time I got serious!!" Than he started glowing. Than the glowing got bigger. Than a big flash of light. I cover my eyes to not look at the flash. Than I uncover and open my eyes to see a floating robot. Napstablook: "now I'm done play. Game over human!" He was huge. I than click check. "Ultimate Napstablook. Atk ???, def ???. Look like he going full power. Dont let up! Stay determined darling!" I know I must win. I must stay determined! He pointed his hand at me and bullets started firing out of his fingers. I dodge them but they were firing all over the places. I heal my self with another dream. Than he fire more bullets. I try to think of what to do. How can I spare him. I try to think of ideas but nothing coming to mind but than I started to feel them. Asriel, toriel, asgore, alphy, undyne, sans, papyrus. But not chara, why? I knew what I have to do. I must save my friends! I call out asriel name. Than I appear in area where he is. It look like he sad. Asriel: "I'll never get in the royal guard. I'm a failure" I walk up to him and told him how awesome and cool he is. Thanni told him that his puzzles are amazing .Than he remember who he is. Asriel: "I remember now! I'm not a failure. I'm the protector of all monsters asriel and your friend!" I smile and he disappears as I transport back to Napstablook. I call out to toriel and asgore. I appear in a area with them both. Just like asriel they are both sad. Toriel: "I cant do anything right. I'm only use for killing" asgore: "I'm a coward and will die alone" I walk up to toriel and told her how kind she is that she gives me the strength to look forward. I than told asgore that he is strong that he can so anything but not by him self. I told him that his family still love him. Than they both remember. Toriel: "how wrong of me. Letting a child like you worried about me. Dont worry I'm not giving up on you child" asgore: "I may not be strong but I'll believe you to the very end Human" they disappear and I got transported back infront of Napstablook. I than called out for undyne and alphy. I than appear In area with them. Just like asgore and toriel they are sad. Undyne: "I'm not special. Nobody see me as who I am!" Alphy: "I'm nothing. I cant do anything right" I went up to undyne i told her that she is special. She kept the monster in the underground from giving up. She gave them hope. I than went up to alphy. I told her that she is not nothing. I told her than no matter what she says about her self that I will always tell her the true as a friend. Than they both remembered. Undyne: "I could I forget my promise. I'll never let anyone hurt you ever human!" Alphy: "your right. I should not be thinking like that. I have friend who will tell me the true. I believe you can win!" They than disappeared and I transport back to Napstablook. I than called out to papyrus and sans. I appear in area with sans and papyrus. Sans: "all human must pay for what they did to us!" Papyrus: "HOW PATHETIC. I COULD NOT STOP MY BROTHER FROM BECOME WHO HE BECAME. I COULDNT PROTECT ANYONE" I than went to papyrus and told him that he is not pathetic, you could not have stop him from becoming who he is now. But you did protect someone. You protect me. Than I went to sans. I told him that this is not him. I told him that human may have done that in the past but there human that are good and nice. They can accept the monsters. Just give them a chance. Dont let revenge become your only thing you care about. Than they both remembered. Papyrus: "YOU CAN DO IT HUMAN. I BELIEVE IN YOU!" sans: "you are the future and hope if all monsters. Dont give up human!" Than they disappear and I got transport back to Napstablook. I save everyone but where is chara? Napstablook than prepare to fire bullets again. I ready my self to dodge them. When he fired a shield appear infront of me blocking all the bullets. After he was done firing I look around to see where it cam from. Chara: "look like I made it in time!" I look behind me and I see chara walking up.to me. "Chara!" She look at me and smiled. Chara: "sup babe. Look like you can speak now" I just now notice. How? I cant feel the pain in my throat anymore so I wonder why I can speak? "Yeah I'm surprised. Do you know how?" Chara: "it must be because of my determination. Remember when we share a kiss?" I blush at the thought which made her chuckle. Chara: "let leave that talk when it just the two of us~ now it time for us to win and get our happy ending!" I nodded and than i hear the voice. "You save everyone but for some reason you feel like there still someone you miss. There only one more person that needs saving darling" I nodded and knew who the voice mean. I than called out a name that appear in my head. Napstablook: "wait how do you know that name!?" than he fire more bullets at us. Chara stood in front of me protecting me from the bullets with her shield. Chara: "whatever your thinking babe I suggest you do it quickly!" I nodded. "Let stop this. I know deep down you dont want to do this" Napstablook look at me like I know what I'm saying. Napstablook: "no, you dont know me. You dont understand what I been though!" He fire more bullets. Chara shield started cracking. Chara: "I dont know how much this shield can take. So I hope you know what to do!" I do "what if ??? Knew what you are doing. How would they react" he look like he about to cry. Napstablook: "they would beg me to stop. They dont want to see me get hurt. But I'm not just doing this for me but for them as well. I dont want anyone to get hurt again" than his bullet were missing us. "Please Napstablook I want to free everyone from here. I want to take them back to the surface. It my goal no, it my dream to bring everyone back" than he gave a sad smile. Napstablook: "you know, you were kind to me when we first met. I can see in your eyes that you were different. I wanted to accept that but I couldnt.  Please stop fighting back. I want to spare you the pain. Please just" He than rise his hand. Napstablook: "JUST LET ME KILL YOU!!" Than he did a big beam attack at me and chara. Chara shield try to hold out as much as it can but it breaked. I stood infront chara taking his attack. I can feel my hp slowly going down and chara telling me to stop. But I wont stop as long as I'm determined I won't stop. Than his attack stop. My hp at 00001. Chara grab me. Chara: "you try to get your self killed infront of me!" I than grab her hands. "You protect me when I was in the underground so it my turn to protect you" I than lean in a gave chara a quick kiss on the lips. Chara: "guess I'll forgive you just this once" i chuckle and look at Napstablook.  He was just floating there. Napstablook: "......" I walk up to him. Chara followed. Napstablook: "I dont know how to apologise for what I have done. I hurt you, I took your friends souls. Then I try to kill you. I feel so bad for what i have done. How can you forgive me" I smiled at him. "I forgive you" he look at me surprised but smiled. Napstablook: "I should have known. A kind human like you will say that. You are just like them. My cousin I mean. They were very nice and kind to all the monster even with a robot body it never change there soul" me and chara stand there listening to what he said. Napstablook: "they fell down here because they didn't like there life up on the surface. They wanted to be a star. They wanted to be someone famous. We were a band back than. I played the piano while they sing. We were a great pair" chara: "I think I heard about that. The ghost and robot I think they were called. They were really famous before undyne took the stage" Napstablook: "yup we were great. But than something happen at our last proformance. They stop singing and fell to the floor. I pick them up and took them to the king. I was told that there soul is slowly losing life. They ask me to Grant there last wish. They wanted to see the sky one last time. I absorb there soul and went thought the barrier. I think you already knew what happen next" it was so sad to hear. Losing someone dear to you. Chara grab my hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. Napstablook: "what can I do to make thing right?" I knew what he do. "Destroy the barrier" Napstablook: "ok leave it to me!" He than floated up in the air and a big beam shot right behind him. It hit the barrier cracking it and destroy it. "THE BARRIER IS DESTROYED" than he slowly float down Napstablook: "we are free now and it thank to you. You know I can feel everyone. I can feel there feeling toward. You may some great friends frisk" I nodded than I walk towards him and gave him a hug. Well try to anyway. Napstablook: "if I had a real body I could hug you back and feel it but this is fine" I than let go. Napstablook: "go frisk. Everyone is waitting for you." Than my vision went dark and I blackout. I was dark. Where am I? "Human wake up!" "Are you ok child?" "Everything alright human you are safe" I need to open my eyes. I want to see everyone. "Come on babe there no time to be sleeping on the job" I open my eyes. "Mmmmm" I look and i can see chara. Chara: "you had me worried there babe" "chara" look like I'm lie on chara lap. Asriel: "the human is awake guys!" Everyone than ran to me. Toriel: "are you ok child?" I rub my head. "I think so?" They all look surprised. Papyrus: "YOU CAN SPEAK!!" Man he loud. Asgore: "but that impossible. Your voice should not have returned but it did" chara: "her voice very cute isn't it?" Everyone sound really happy that I can speak now. I put my hand on my throat and I cant feel the cut mark. Look like chara did do something. Sans: "The barrier is gone. Now we can finally free." Papyrus: "HUMAN DO YOU WANT TO SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR FRIENDS BEFORE WE GO?" I nodded and pull chara with me. Undyne: "well be right here when you get back!" I got us to judgment hall. I pull chara into another kiss. Chara: "man you really excited babe" I nodded at her "I'm just happy to speak again even to say your name" this made her blush. I hug her and she hug me back. We stay like that for sometime. Than we let go. Chara: "well I better explain why you can speak." I nodded and listen. Chara: during our the first kiss. I was giving you my determination. I thought it would at least fix the pain in your throat. What I didn't know is that it fix your voice" oh I guess that make sense but now I think about it. Where did she come from? "When I was saving the other where were you?" Chara: "yeah i dont know my self. When i open my eyes everything was dark. than a dark version of me appear. It try to tell me that i did nothing to bring my family back together, that I try to kill you when you put your trust in me. It said alot of words that I knew was true" I look at her sad. Chara: "but I knew that even though that it true. There was someone waitting for me. Someone that I have falling in love with. So I defeat that dark version and try to run to your side. I'm glad I made it" i smiled at her and kiss her on the cheek. "I love you chara" chara: "i love you too frisk. Now let us return" I nodded and we went back. Papyrus: "OH YOUR BACK. SO ARE YOU READY?" I nodded and we all walk though the barrier together. Toriel: "wow" undyne: "is this real?" Alphy: "yes if I have to say it real" papyrus: "I BELIEVE THAT WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT IS THE SUN EVERYONE" asgore: " *breath in and out* this is the so called "fresh air" you breath. Much better than underground air" asriel: "wowie! The sun looks so real!" Is this what you had to look at when you used to live up on the surface chara?" Chara: "yup you got that right" sans: "alright everyone. Now that we are here. A new beginning has began. So we must start with a first good impression" sans than went up to me. Sans: "human. I would like you to be our ambassador. You are the Bridge between us and human. I think they will hear you. Would you?" I nodded "yes" undyne: "I think the human will make a great ambassador" asriel: "every ambassador is going to need a mascot. I volunteer my self" sans: "thank you frisk" asriel: "are we done? I want to see more humans" he than ran off. Toriel: "I'll follow him and make sure he wont do anything that will scare the humans. Asgore let go" asgore: "yes" than toriel and asgore went after asriel. Undyne: "I'm going to see if there a stage for me to be on. Let go alphy!" Undyne than grab alphy and carry her away. Sans: "I guess I'll find a camp for us to stay while we wait. What are you going to do pap?" Papyrus than gave sans a mad look. Sans knew what that means. Sans: "uh, well I'll see you soon" than he ran away really fast. Papyrus: "*sigh* I guess I better help him. I'll see you later humans" than papyrus follow after sans leaving me and chara alone on the hill. Chara: "it been year the last time I was out here. I wonder if anything changed?" I than was about to walk away until she grab my hand. Chara: "uh, hold on for a sec." I turn around and look at her. She blush very red. Chara: "I know we are a couple and everything but" she took a deep breath. Chara: "w-would y-you l-like t-to going on a date with m-me?" I than smiled at her "of course. I would love to go on a date with you" she than smile and we hug than our lips connected and we kiss until we let go. This is a new beginning for the monster and me and chara. I know everything will be alright because I have everyone by my side. I'm happy to be with the one I loved. I'm glad I didn't die or I'll never had met chara or anyone. Me and chara pull apart and walk down the mountain hand in hand. The end of the underground and a new life on the surface.

Finally done. The final battle is done and I made it as epic as i can. I want to thank everyone for reading this. I saw that this book is at 300 readers!! Where the hell do you all come from!? I never thought I get this many. Just to let you know I'm not done with this story yet. There is the genocide run left to do but I'll just show what they are doing on the surface. I'll also be doing another book. It just be the main undertale one but if frisk was able to save chara when after the genocide run.
