chapter 11: journey through hotland and the core.

Frisk POV.
After my talk with chara I continue on forwards hoping to get to the core. I than got a notification from 'mrcooldad' it a picture of him and his golden flowers garden. Than I got another notification but this time it from 'hypergodofdeath' it a picture of him with toriel and chara. There a messages after it. "Me and chara forgive you but I think mom is still not going too" I smiled I hope I can find away for them all to get back together. I got to a area with treadmill and more switches. Asgore started calling me. Asgore: "the puzzle here is time based. You must hit those two switchs in 3 seconds. Ignore the third one that one does nothing it there because undyne think it important." He hang up and than I step on to the treadmill and pressed the two switches. Asgore was right the third one is nothing special. I walk up ahead and appear infront of another vent puzzle. I step on the button and the arrows at the other vents change. ("This is going to take me awhile")
*20 minutes later*
I got to the otherside. I lie on the ground breathing. I finally completed it I than hear asgore calling. Asgore: "sorry I busy talking to my son. Now this next puzzl- oh you already completed it. Very impressive. You may not need my help after. But dont worry I will still help you" he hang up and i lie there for 5 or 10 minutes. I wish I can breath like a normal person, I wish i can talk, I wish I can speak words. There so much I wanted to do, I wish I can say chara name. That the only thing i wanted to do i wanted chara to heard me. I want chara to love me. My heart, the moment I saw her it was love at first sight. She funny, kind, always care for others, I thought there was a boy who does all that but I never thought I fall for a girl. I smiled at the thought, me and chara I would be so happy but does she feel the same? That what scared me the most. Ir she doesn't I dont know what I will do. I shake the thought away and focus on what ahead. I walk forwards and heard someone call out to.me. "hey! You! Stop!" I turn around and saw two buff guys walk up to me. "We, like, were told that a human was coming though here? So, like, you must be the human?" "Like, undyne told us that you must be stop, so, like prepare to die I guess" they rise there weapons and asgore started calling me. "Are, like you going to take that we can wait" I grab my phone and answer. Asgore: "hello? Can you put me on speaker?" I nodded and put him on speaker. Asgore: "*clear throat* attention this human is under the protection of the royal scientist. If you harm this human you will be release from your duty and will be a sign to clean all of hotland and the core!" They look at each other sweating. "So, like, we will leave you alone and pretend that we never saw you. Bye!!" They than ran away. Asgore: "there you go. No need to thank me. I'm doing what toriel would do if she was here. I'm not as strong or confident as her. But I wont let anything happen to you I promise" I smiled. I than walk onto another dark room. Asgore: "hmm the lights are off again. Let's me...there." the light turn back on and im on a cooking show? I hear clapping noise. Undyne: "thank you, thank you. Welcome to cooking with undyne. On today episode the human will be joining me. Wave to the camera human" I waved to where I think the camera is at. Undyne: "today we are making a spaghetti. Would you kindly get me the ingredients?" I nodded and grab the bag of spaghetti and bring it to the cooking counter. I than full up a pot of hot water. Undyne: "first you boil the water on a stove. Turn up the heat to a medium and wait for it. While we wait why dont you get the ingredients for the sauce ready." I got the ingredients for the sauce, undyne gave me a recipe on what the ingredients I need. I got them all ready. Undyne: "good, let get the sauce ready." The sauce is prepared and she put the spaghetti on. Undyne: "wait we are missing one ingredients" she grab me and hold me over the sauce. Undyne: "a human soul!! She summon her spear, slowly about to stab  my back. I struggled to Escape her grab. It no use. I brace myself for the pain until she got shocked. She threw me and I land on my arm. Undyne: "damn you, asgore!!" I than hear asgore voice coming from my phone. Asgore: "run, I'll use the stun laser to keep her back." I got up and started running. Undyne: "get back here human!!" She summon more of her spears and started chasing me. I dodge her spears and turn to my left. Asgore: "just a little further. There!" I large wall fell from the top of me and block undyne. Undyne: "curse you human! Your luck 5o have someone amazing as asgore to help you. I will find my way and finally take your soul!" Than everything went silent. Asgore: "I'm sorry it took me awhile. I thought she just wanted to do a cooking show for real. I didn't know you would be add to the ingredients. My bad. Now continue forward you are not far now." He hang up and I continue ahead. I saw the core again and asgore called. Asgore: "do you know how undyne got her metal body?" I shook my head no. Asgore: "many years ago she told everyone in the underground that she can lift the core. Of course no one believe her. So she went to the core and started to lift it, I was surprised she was actually doing it. Until she slipped and fell into the lava. I was able to save her head. So I had a metal body ready because i was think of making toriel a battle suit. Like one of those animes undyne watched. I put her head there and after that she become my apprentice. She adores me she even want me to make her a laser sword. I'm still making it but dont tell her." I got to another elevator and push left floor three. The elevator stop and I walk out. I appear at a spider bakery. Muffet: "hello, welcome to the spider bakery. All money goes to real spiders." I went to buy a spider donut but 99999g!? I'm not rich. So I leave the bakery and went to the next area. More steam vents i about to step on one until asgore called. Asgore: "this room is just like the last one but there shooting puzzles to the north and south. You will have to solve them both to proceed! Dont worry I believe in you." He hang up and I scream. Well not really scream it more like open my mouth and breath in.
*20 minutes later*
Done! I'm so done with these puzzles. Asriel puzzle were understandable and easy to do. But these puzzle were not the best. I went to the door and walk into it. The floor changed to black and purple. I walk into a open door and appear in a place Full of spider webs. I try to call asgore but the signal was blocked. "Did you hear what they said?" I look around and continue walking forwards. "They told us that a human was come through here." I step in cobwebs and my movements were slow down. "I heard they hate spiders" I look around again and walk forwards until I can't move no more. Muffet: "I heard, that they are enemy's of spiders. Ahuahuahu, you think I'll let you get away without paying the price, deary? Ahuahuahu, oh how wrong you were. I think once I'm done I will use your body for my next batch!"
(Battle began)
I chose check. "Muffet. 8 atk, 0 def. She want you to pay for your crimes against the spiders" muffet: "dont look so blue, deary~" than purple liquid started dripping on me. I close my eyes hoping it doesnt fall onto my eyes. I open them and the purple liquid is gone but my soul is purple. Muffet: "I think purple is a better look for you! Ahuahua~" I try to break free. I look to the right of her and saw a spider holding a sign that says what her attacks is. Muffet than laugh at me. She than started sending spiders at me. I jump to other lines to dodge the spider. I than spare her. Muffet: "be proud that your body will be used to make a cake!" She send more spiders. I dodge them, it really hard to move. Than the spiders started clapping to the music. What music?. I chose spare again. Muffet: "sorry but I'm not letting you go anywhere" I dodge more of her spiders. She started dancing in sync with the other spiders. I chose spare again. Muffet: "your soul will make ever spider happy!" I dodge more spiders and a donut? I got hit by them because I didn't notice that they bounce around. I ate my last cinnamon bun. My hp is max out. I spare her again. Muffet: "oh I forgot. I didn't introduce my pet. It his meal time~" I look behind her and saw a giant spider. It came closer to me I try to get away as fast as I can but it got to close and before it eat me my phone started ring. Muffet: "you should take that, it maybe your last" I let my arm reach my phone it put it on speaker. Asgore: "hello can you hear me?" Muffet: "oh is that asgore? Yes deary we can hear you." Asgore: "oh good I'm glad I must have made it in time." Muffet: "what do you mean?" Asgore: "I heard you got told that the human is the enemy of spider which I can tell the true she is not." Muffet: "what do you mean mr asgore?" Asgore: "I have photos of her with spiders. She help them when they were stuck, she even buyed from your spider bakery and she even wave at one" muffet: "are you sure?" Asgore: "yes I am sure just ask them your self" muffet look at me and I shook my head hoping she believe me. Muffet: "oh no, I wouldn't want to hurt someone who loves my spider pastries and who helps spiders" she stop attacking and I spare her.
(Battle end. You got 100g!)
After the battle end muffet free me from the webs. Muffet: "I'm very sorry. Next time you come though here I'll pour you some spider tea" I smiled and nodded and got off of the webs. Asgore: "the signal was blocked thank to muffet webs so I need to boost the signal to piece her webs. I'm glad to have made it." Wait how did he knew that I was in trouble. Asgore: "oh if your wondering how I knew that. I installed a bug on your phone so I heard everything and dont worry I did not hear your conversation with chara. I know it private. but let me just say I think she interested in you" my face blush. Is he telling the truth I guess I'll have to wait. I walk into the next room and saw a poster on the wall. Undyne match dont miss it. I walk forwards. "HOLD IT!!" I look up and saw undyne on top of a rocky wall. She jump down and landed, cracking. Undyne: "I was waitting for you! Now I got you!" she push a button and the floor under me open and I fall all the way down. I landed on a treadmill. Undyne: "listen up maggot. You will be running for your life. If you dont" she snapped and the way behind me was a fire pit with spears pointing out of it. Undyne: "you better be ready if you dont make it. Dont worry your soul will be put to good use!" She laugh and the treadmill started moving. I began to start running. Asgore: "hold on! I'll try to shut off the treadmill dont give up!" Easy to say and do. I ran as fast as I can making sure I dont fall off. Undyne: "I think this should go faster!!" She than push a button and the treadmills went faster. You got to be kidding me. I ran as fast as my legs can move. I can feel sweat on my forehead. I struggled to breath. This heat was not helping. Undyne: "faster, faster, faster!!!" It start going faster and I nearly triped. Asgore than to do finish whatever he doing quick. I look behind me and saw I was getting closer to the pit of fire and spears. My vision was getting blurry, my breath was slowing down, I need to end this now, please I dont want it to end like this. Before I knew it I was falling. I close my eyes waitting for th impact. ("No not like this. I need to live. I still need to free the monster. I. Need. Chara") "char-" before I knew it I blacked out. I open my eyes and look around. I'm lieing on the golden floor bed I fell on too. But this time I was not in the underground but in forest. I look around at the forest, it was beautiful, like a dream, I lie down taking the fresh air. My throat feel better, I put my hand to my neck and can't feel the cut. "Is this a dream?" "It is" I look to where the voice is and saw my self? "Who are you?" She looks just like me "I'm you" "you are me?" "Yup" i look at her wanting to know who she is. She was wearing chara Jersey and was older than me. "Dont worry I'm not going to hurt you. Man I never hurt a single thing in my life." "What do you mean? Where am I?" "You are alive or dead it for you to decide." What? All I remember was fall down and I think I black out. "Chara Jersey, it kept me warm for years. It the only thing I have to remember her" "what happen to chara?" "I never told her how I felt and now they are trap underground forever." They are trap? Wait does that mean i didn't free them. "I was stupid i thought I ask king sans to let me free the monster. He agree to it and we try to think of a plan. But behind my back he had one chance to kill me take my soul." King sans did that? "I was looking at the barrier and didn't hear king sans pick up weapon. He than ran up behind me and was about to stab me until chara jump in." Chara jump in? Does that mean? "After she got stab she use her magic and killed king sans. He grab his soul and gave it to me. I held on to her as she die in my arms" no, no. I fell to me knees, this can't be real. "I than use his soul without a second, my mind was blank, I lost the most important person of my life, the love of my life. But you still have a chance frisk!" There still a chance for to save chara and the whole underground. "You must not gave up, if you die here everything you done will be for nothing. These monster seek freedom and your are there only hope!" I got up from my knees. Stand tall like something in me tell me not to stop. "Everyone believe in you, you must stay strong, you must stay determined!" With those words I knew what must be done. I will not give up, I will stay determined no matter what! "I won't give up I will free monsters even if it cost me my life" she gave me look at me and smiled. "I know you will l. Knock them down darling~" I nodded and close my eyes. I open my eyes and saw I was falling. I grab into the side of the treadmill and it stop. Undyne: "no!!" She was about to throw a spear until bomb turrets and fire at undyne. Undyne: "grr, your so luck to have brilliant and smart and amazing and awesome and other stuff to save you human! But he wont save you next time human!" She than actives her jetpack and fly away. Asgore: "are you ok? I saw you fell. I thought I failed. Thank goodness that your alright" I pull my self up and crawled forwards. Than I stop to catch my breath. Asgore: "stay right there. I'm sending a healing drone to you. It one of my latest inventions. I got the healing bean from a computer game I watch undyne played" the drone got here and started healing me. I can feel my strength returning. I stand up and started walking forwards. Asgore: "ate you ok? You look like you black out for a second there." "I'm ok" asgorr: "I'm glad. Now the core Is just up a head, all you have to do is get past undy resort." I hang up and start walking to the core. I went up and saw the nice cream guy again. I think I met him in waterfall somewhere. He look happy, I look to my right and saw the two guards. They are having some nice cream. I went down the path forwards and appear infront of a building. I look around and there a creepy hallway down the right. I read the note on the ground and it said there a good deals down there. I look to my left and saw chara leading against the wall. She saw me and ran up to me. She than gave me a hug. Chara: "there you are, you have no idea how worried me, toriel and asriel was. For a second there I thought you die. It made my heart stop" I blush at what she said and she blush too. Chara: "n-never that I'm glad your ok." I'm glad as well and seeing chara again make me even more happy. Chara: "are you hungry? Well must be from all that running" I than hear a growl from my own stomach. Chara laugh. Chara: "I guess I didn't need you to answer my question. Follow me I know a place." I follow chara down the left alleyway and she shortcut us inside. I look around. This place looks fancy. Chara: "so this is what it look like in side? Man I never knew" she than sat down and move her hood down. I sat down too. Chara: "how long have we know each other? 5 hours, a day? I really got to know because I think I lost count. I'm going to be honest with you. One day I was walking down the path you walk down than I saw a door. I started practicing my knock, knock jokes because I was bored. After sometime I hear a voice. Who there he said. I replied with moo and he replied with moo who? Than I said your a cow!? Than we both started laughing. Than the voice started sending knock, knock jokes to me. For awhile we started send different jokes to each other. I never knew who that was but I know they love bad jokes. One day I went back there again and did my normal thing. Than he went quiet. I ask what wrong? You want he said? "If there a human coming down here. Will you promise me that you will protect them?" At first I hesitated. Another human? I thought I was the only one. After he told me I agree to it. I may not know him but if he like jokes he not that bad. Do you see where I'm getting at? If he didn't tell me to protect you. You will be dead where you stand!" She look at me with her dark liquid eyes and mouth. I was not scared I knew where she was getting at. Chara: "sorry about that. To be honest I didn't trust you at first. I wanted to end you where you stand but after that break down that you had something inside of me want me to run to your side. I dont know what it is I only just met you. I'm still try to understand it now. When ever your not around I get worried and when you are I'm happy. You make me blush, you make me smile. I dont know what it is." My face became very red because of what she said. Than the mood went quiet. Chara: "i think you should know but your voice may not return. I did alot of thinking, I thought it was just a normal thing in your throat that needs removing but that cut on your neck was really deep. Your lucky you didn't drown in your own blood. I thought you want to know" I knew the answer but I can't stop my self from crying. I may never speak again. Those words hurt more than anything. Chara got up from her chair and walk up and hug me. I hug her back and cry into her Jersey. We were like that for an hour. I let go and wipe the last of my tears. Chara: "it alright even if you may never speak again. Everyone with accept you for who you are. I promise" I look at her and smiled. Chara: "well your up coming back with undyne is in the core. Here" she place a chocolate bar on the table. Chara: "use it wisely undyne is tough even I struggle against her once. But I know you can do it you come this far why quit now." She wave and left. I got of from my seat and walk to the exit of the place. I appear to be in the lobby. I look around and saw a undyne statue with water coming out of her mouth. I walk over to a burger shop. The monster in there was very weird. I purchased a undyne burger and a undyne milk shake. I than rent a room and sleep in it. My battle with undyne is coming up and I must prepare. after her king sans will be next. Than after sans the barrier. I promise someone that I will free the monsters.

There we go another long chapter is done. Before I did this I saw I have a 100 view on this. I was really surprised so I'm just going to tell you how thankful I am.
