chapter 14: battle against king sans.

I finally to the throne room. As I was walking here all the monsters I befriended cheer for me. They want me to stop the king and save the underground. Not only am I saving the underground but I'm going to destroy the barrier and free them. I look at my items and saw a knife?. How did i get this? There a note a attached to it. It from chara? The note: "even though I already know you can handle it but im still worried. Sans is really strong even I can't beat him. So I sneak this knife into you items just so you can use it to defend your self. Dont die I still got thing to do with you babe~" I blush and kiss the note. Man I love her. I put the note away and equip the knife. "Knife. Atk 80. It chara favorite weapon. Treasure it darling" I nodded and walk down where king sans went. I stand infront of a doorway where king sans is and I breath in and out readying my self. I walk in. the area was very bright. Sans was standing there back turn from me. Sans: "this is the barrier keeping us monsters from leaving. It was put there by your kind. You call us monster but you humans didn't stop did you. No you just kept going until we were nothing but dust. We surrender and ask for mercy but you humans just spit on it. Your soul will help free us and we will conquer the surface." Than seven pods appear to the right and left of sans. Sans: "I heard what you did. Even though your different to me every humans is the same." He than ready him self.
(Battle began)
"The finally battle here. Your journey at the end. You stand in place as the light shine though the barrier. You did not give up. For you hear there cheers. It because you are full of determination" sans: "goodbye" than summon a long bone. He grab it and threw it at my mercy button than a flash of light happen. When I open my eyes my mercy button is destroyed and sans is ready to fight. I chose check. "Sans atk 100, def 80. This is going to be tough but dont gave up. Everyone is count on you darling" sans: "......" sans than started sending bone attacks just like papyrus. I grab chara knife and destroy his attacks while dodging them. I need to figure out how to stop him. Without my mercy button all I have is the fight button and items. I hear he likes jokes. But I can't speak. I was able to find away to skip my turn. He than use this weird blasters thing and fire them at me. "They are called gaster blasters darling" ok thank voice. I was able to dodge them by a hair. I than look around to find a piece of my mercy button. I grab it "you got a peace of the mercy button. If you gather all the pieces you can repair it" I must repair the mercy button no matter what. Sans than lunch more bones. I destroy and dodge them. I look around again but can't find one. My soul than turn blue and I can feel a huge weight pushing me down. More bone attack were come at me. I destroy some and jump over them. I look around again and found another piece of my mercy button. Just three more to go. Sans than lift me up by my soul and slam me down. He use this magic and grab the knife in my hand and threw it away from me. "You lost your knife." No shit voice but this is bad. I need that knife it my only protection against his bones attacks. I ran to grab my knife until sans block my path. Sans: "just die already human!" He than swing his long bone weapon at me, hitting me right at my head. I was send flying into the barrier. I can feel blood coming out of my head. My hp is at 10. I drink a energy drink that asgore said he was working on. My hp is max out and my movement speed has increased. Sans than use his gaster blasters and blue attacks. I dodge them all and ran to my knife. I grab it and destroy a bone before it hit me. I catch my breath. He than started slicing with his bone weapon at me. I use the knife to block his hits. I than look around again and found another piece. Than we soul because blue again and he started firing gaster blasters. I got hit by some taking my hp down to 12. I look around again. Nothing. Sans: "once I collect your soul I'll be a god. Those human will finally pay for all the monsters they killed!" He than swipe his weapon at me. I block it again but the force send me against the wall. I puke out blood. ("I must win. The human and the monster lives are on the line!") I eat a undyne burger. My hp is max out. He than swipe again and send bone attack at me at the same time. He getting serious. I look around again. Nothing. Sans: "we can finally have what the human took from us. Living here in this hell!" My become blue again and he started slamming me on the ground rapidly. Than send bone at me. I got hit by them. I can feel it in my arm. It hurts. I drink another one of asgore drinks. My hp is max out again. He swipe his weapon again. I blocked them force him back. I look around and found another piece. ("Just one more!") Sans: "I know of your good deeds. How you save undyne from getting hurt, save monster kid from falling off. You show kindness but I value my revenge more than anything else. It what my father would have done if he was here" so his father was the previous king. I thought kings care about there people than them self's. Than send more bone attacks and gaster blasters again. I destroy the incoming bones and dodge the blasters. I search around again and found the last piece of the mercy button. I repair the mercy button. Sans: "even if you show me mercy. My mercy to you is death!" My soul turn blue again and he just sending every attack he his. After I dodged his attacks I try to catch my breath. I chose spare. More bone attacks and blue attacks. I uses chara knife to destroy to bones. I chose spare again. I need a plan, how do I stop sans. If i die he will destroy Humanity. I need to figure out how to convince him to stop. This battle will go nowhere if I don't find away to stop it. I dodge more of his attacks and chose spare. Than he stopped. I stand there look at him wondering what going on. Sans: "why? Why wont you just die! The human need to pay for our life of being trap down here so why wont you give up!" I know why I wont. Because I see a future where monster and human can live in peace. I can see my self being happy with the people I met. I can see my life with chara and that why I can't give up. Sans: "it because your determined right? Than I guess I have to end this" my soul turn blue and he started slamming me everywhere. I drop my knife and try to pick up but I didn't reach it in time. Than he pull me toward him and put his hand around my neck and started choking me. I try to pull away but I couldn't it started to bring back memories when my father did this to me. All because my voice sound like my mom's. I can't die not yet I must win I must stop sans. I can feel my eyes going black. My arms getting weaker. I'm sorry everyone I couldn't stop him. I'm...sorry. than out of no where a bone hit sans in the side and send him flying into the wall. I gasp for air and look around where it come from. "FEAR NOT HUMAN YOU ARE SAFE NOW!" I knew that voice from anywhere. It was papyrus. Papyrus: "IT BEEN AWHILE HUMAN. YOU PROBABLY WONDERING WHY IM HERE. WELL IT BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED" he help me back on my feet. Papyrus: "I KNEW THAT YOU WOULD BE ALRIGHT BUT SOMETHING INSIDE OF ME TOLD ME TO COME TO YOUR SIDE" sans got up and look at papyrus. Sans: "pap your back!" Papyrus than turn around and look at sans angry. Papyrus: "DONT YOU PAP ME SANS. YOU AND YOUR REVENGE NEARLY DESTROYED THIS UNDERGROUND" sans got taking back by his words. But he knew it was true. Papyrus: "IF YOU THOUGHT ABOUT IT YOU WOULD HAVE NEEDED ONLY ONE. THAN WALK THOUGH THE BARRIER TO COLLECT THE OTHER SIX" sans was surprised. I guess he didn't thought about it. Next thing I knew toriel appear. Toriel: "everyone stop fighting this battle is mea-oh you both already stoped." Papyrus: "IT BEEN A LONGTIME CAPTAIN OF THE ROYAL GUARDS" toriel look at sans surprised. Toriel: "is that you prince papyrus?" Papyrus: "YES IT IS I PRINCE PAPYRUS. I AM GLAD TO SEE YOUR OK" than asgore appeared. Asgore: "stop this fighting or I'll get-uh look like the fighting stop" asgore looks very embarrassed. Papyrus: "THE ROYAL SCIENTIST MR ASGORE HOW IT BEEN?" asgore looks at papyrus. Asgore: "prince papyrus? Is it really you?" Papyrus: "yes it great to see you again" asgore: "well mostly because I was scared from letting my secret out" papyrus: "OH WHAT THE SECRET?" asgore than told him everything. Papyrus look at sans with a even angrier look. Than hands appear on my eyes. Chara: "guess who? You may have already guess but it was worth a try" I grab her hand off my eyes and gave her the biggest hug. Chara: "good to see your alive babe" papyrus look at us and than walk to chara. Papyrus: "SORRY TO  INTERRUPT BUT I BELIEVE I KNOW YOU?" chara look at him. Chara: "wait i know that voice. Your the guy from the other side of the door" papyrus: "IT NICE TO MEET YOU. MY NAME IS PAPYRUS BUT EVERYONE KNOWS ME AS THE PRINCE" chara: "chara dreemurr. Adopted daughter of the dreemurr family." She grab me. Chara: "and her girlfriend" I blushed. Papyrus: "WOWIE. YOU FOUND LOVE IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!" than asriel appeared. Asriel: "chara did you make it and stop the fight?" Chara: "actually it was stop before I got here. Thank this guy" she point to papyrus. Asriel: "wow another skeleton. So we had two king!?" Papyrud: "ACTUALLY IM THE PRINCE. BUT IT NICE TO MEET YOU. YOU MUST BE ASRIEL." asriel look happy. Asriel: "wow the prince know my name!? This is the happiest day of my life" papyrus: "WHAT DO YOU CALL A SKELETON DETECTIVE?" asriel: "uh I dont know what?" Papyrus: " SHERLOCK BONES!" than him and chara started laughing. Asriel: "I take it back. THIS IS THE WORST DAY EVER" than undyne and alphy appear. Undyne: "no more fighting we are going to be friend for now on got it!!" Alphy: "uh undyne I think the fighting stop" undyne: "oh ok how it going human do you win?" Papyrus: "THESE MUST BE THE FRIEND YOU MADE. I GOT WORRIED FOR NO REASON. NOW" everyone turn to sans. Toriel: "what should we do with sans? If we let him continue his revenge the whole underground will suffer for it" chara than look at me. Chara: "come on you know what you need to do" I nodded and walk to sans. Toriel wa about to stop me u till asgore stop her. I hold out my hand to sans. Sans: "papyrus was right. He always been right. When he left I was alone. All I remember is that my father wanted revenge on the humans for making us suffer and trapping us down here. I guess I was blind by what he wants. Papyrus try to stop me but I didn't listen. When toriel stop me for killing chara I started think if what I'm doing is wrong. Now I did so many damage to the underground that I dont know what to do." I grab his hand. Sans: "even though I try to kill you. You still show me mercy?" I nodded and the spare button appeared. I hold my hand over it. Sans: "he, thank you human. Thank you" I push spare and won the battle.

Everyone is happy and together. Chara: "nice job babe. You did it" toriel: "I never doubt you child." Asgore: "by the way asriel you were the one who call us to come here. Why did you?" Asriel: "oh that easy a flower name boogie told me!" Asgore eyes went wide. Chara: "did you say boogie?" Next thing I knew vines came out of nowhere and grab papyrus, toriel, alphy, undyne, asgore, asriel, sans and chara. I was about to run to help them. But vines grab me as well. Than boogie appear. Boogie: "fools! Your all fools!" I look at him. Chara: "it been awhile boogie. Still doing bad thing I guess." Chara and boogie know each other. Boogie: "oh you don't know the hell I been though chara. I agree with sans idea the human deserve to die. All they did was take everything, anyone they want. Than you show up and start showing them your kindness. I had enough of it!" He than summon flower petals around me. I can't move. Boogie: "now they get to watch you die and after I take your soul I'm going to finish what sans started!" He than send them into me. It hurt, I can't dodge, I cant move, I cant use anything. My hp is at 1. I cant do anything. Boogie: "have your last look at your friend human. Because that will be the last thing you will remember" more flower petals appear and slowly going to me. Boogie started laughing. Than bones took the hits. Boogie: "what?" Papyrus: "HUMAN DONT BE SCARED. NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN I WILL PROTECT YOU TO THE VERY END!" more petals appear and stars appear and destroy the petals. Asriel: "come on human you beat me. I know you can beat this flower" more petals appear than lightning bolts appear and spears and hit them away. Undyne: "I told you didn't I that I wont let anyone hurt my you ever!" Alphy: " i maybe afraid but I wont let someone hurt my friend!" More petals appear coming at me at different directions. Fire appear beside me and burn the petals. Toriel: "don't worry child I will protect you to the very end!" Asgore: you save me human. Now it my turn to save you!" More petals appear and bones appear around me. Sans: "dont give up. You are the future of all monsters. You must stay determined!" Chara: "come babe. You cant give up now. What about our future together. You must keep looking forward to it. I know I am!" Boogie: "why are you guys stopping me! This is our chance to be free!" Than more monster appear and around boogie. "Leave the child alone!" "How dare you hurt her!" Everyone I befriend was here. They came to help stop boogie. Boogie: "you!!. You!!." He than look at everyone angry. Boogie: "your all fools!!" Than something happen and everyone look in pain. I look at chara and trying calling out to her. "Char-" *cough* *cough* "char-" *cough* *cough* no I must not give up I must save her "CHARA!"

There we go. The sans battle is done. Im glad people are taking the time to read this. It make me happy for me a new writer to get notice. I didn't really care about being notice because I only may this because I want a longer storyshift charisk. But than I saw people find this and I was like how did they find this.
