Chongyuns phone buzzed in front of him, slowly opening his eyes, he grabbed the phone and tried to focus on who was calling. He accepted the call, "Hello...?" Chongyun said, in a tired tone. "Guess whooo" Xingqiu laughed, "You're not still in bed, right?" Chongyun had literally just woken up, "No.. of course not." He laughed. Xingqiu sighed, "It's 1PM." He started, "You know what, never mind. The party starts at 6, I'll text you the address. Oh!" Xingqiu paused, you could hear him faintly talking away from the microphone. "Sorry, I'm back. Want me to drop off some bread?" He smiled. Chongyun laughed, "Bread? Why bread?" "Hey! If you don't want it I'll eat myself, don't worry." "Okay, okay. Come over." he smiled.
Xingqiu let himself in, taking his muffler off and throwing it on the couch. Winter had begun, and Liyue was known for hitting very low temperatures during the season. "Jeez!" He complained, "It was superrr cold outside. I almost froze midway here." "Yeah, sure." Chongyun laughed, "Where's the bread?" Xingqiu handed him the bread, moving to his fridge in hope of finding something to eat.
"What's the party for?" Chongyun asked, taking the bread out of the plastic wrap. "Hmm, I'm not really sure myself," Xingqiu laughed, "I think its to introduce more business options for my brothers, and-" Xingqiu paused himself, "Nevermind." he sighed, Chongyun noticed he looked a little down, but didn't push the subject. "What do you want on your sandwich?" yun smiled. "Ooo! Let's see..." Xingqiu said, approaching him.
