"Jokes on you, I'm actually great at monopoly." Chongyun said, moving his figure 5 spaces forwards. They were midway through the game. "Yun...please share some of your money..." Ei pleaded, he was almost poor. He laughed, "I'll give you a-" "Kids, it's time for dinner!" Their mom interrupted, "Oh! Are you guys playing monopoly?" She approached them, "Who's winning?" "Big brother Yun is. I'm close though!" Himari smiled. Chongyun's heart basically melted, he really did want siblings. "Haha, should I leave you guys to eat then? A few hours have passed anyway, it's probably 11 already."  "Oh, are you sure? Do you have anywhere to be? You can eat here." The mother smiled. "I'm going to see the fireworks with family," He lied to not worry them, "I hope you enjoy your feast! I'll come back to play with you guys again some other day." He smiled at the 2 kids. "Bye Yun!" Ei and Himari said as he left the room, he also heard a "JINX!" a few seconds later.
Chongyun left the house; Now, where is a good spot to watch fireworks? "Oh!" a place immediately came to mind.
"Xingqiuuuu? Helloooo, anyone home?" Haru waved her hand in front of Xingqiu. "Oh, hi. Sorry I spaced out for a sec." He smiled. Haruka rolled her eyes, "Why didn't you invite Yun? It would've been way more fun." "Ah, I didn't want him having to stare at Sena's and I's dance earlier, I thought it would make him uncomfortable." He gave a valid point... but still... "I guess.." Sena started, "But he's spending New years alone! And at this rate you too! You've been spacing out the whole party. Literally." "I guess. Maybe I should invite him over." Xingqiu pulled out his phone to text him, Haru just watched him. "The message isn't sending.." Xingqiu said. "Why?" Haru asked, as if Xingqiu knew the answer. "Don't know.. Maybe his phone died?"
"Gosh..., I haven't gone up these stairs in a while.." Yun said to himself, out of breath. He had finally walked up to the park on the cliff. "Now... In what direction was that spot..." He looked everywhere until he finally found it. Not to mention it was freezing up here from the snow, though the kids' mom wouldn't let him leave without a scarf, so he took it. "This view is so pretty..." He said, "I should send Xingqiu a pic." He pulled out his phone, taking a picture and clicking send in Xingqiu's chat. Though it wouldn't send.. "Ugh... Are you kidding me? There's no service up here.." He sat down on the foot deep snow, it was quite comfortable. Now, to pass the time, let's play some offline games.
"I tried calling him too, maybe he turned off his phone to watch the fireworks?" Xingqiu said. Haru shrugged, "You should go find him, New years alone isn't a pretty memory." She added. Xingqiu laughed, "You want me to find him? In this huge city? No way I'll find him before midnight." Haru smirked, "I dare you. There has to be a place he's talked to you about right?" Xingqiu thought, Yun doesn't really talk too much about himself, to be honest. A good place to watch the fireworks... it would be..."From the port?" Xingqiu asked. Haruka laughed, "They're setting the fireworks off from the port. I don't think Yun would wanna see them from down there. Think!!" She cheered him on. Down..., so up? "Oh!" Xingqiu snapped his fingers, "That park up on the cliff! It has a view of the port!" Haru's jaw dropped a little, "Nevermind... I don't think you can reach the hill in time." Haruka gave up. Xingqiu smirked, "A dare is a dare! Tell my dad I'm in the bathroom or something. Actually! Just tell him I left." He walked off.
