Sakiko clutched on to the paper as she stuffed it in her jacket pocket. She spun on the heel of her shoe as her back quickly faced the Mukami brothers. "You didn't answer the question." Kou called out to her, Of course Sakiko did not know the answer herself. These clues were written fresh. And if there fast enough they could find Asuka without any trouble or delay.
"I don't know the answer myself..." She trailed off as she kicked the carpet as if pretending she kicked dirt. "Although these clues are freshly written and if get a move on I'm sure we can find her."
"I agree. Let's go." Ruki sided with Sakiko as the brothers didn't have a reply and followed them. The stair case creaked. And Kou was sure that at any minute one of the step would give out on them and they would fall the rest of the way down. When they stepped outside the night became dimmer then before when they came in the house. The stars were not showing anymore and the moon's light was faint. If you were to look up you just see the darkest blue in your entire life. Once they reached the limo Sakiko instructed the chauffer on were to head next. She apologized for keeping him late but he just nodded and said "I am here only to serve the Mukami." Sakiko didn't really have a reply so she settled next to Kou. And once again the car ride became silent and all you can hear were the bumps in the road that made a sound whenever the limo went on top of one. And the other noise would be the muffler. The area had long wheat grass a bit of a yellowish color. The House in front of them seemed run down, as a few tile pieces from the roof top fell over. Sakiko sniffed the air, as she remembered six years ago all over again. Except this time she has four other companions by her. Two steps leading in to the house and one of the step almost collapsed but held up as one by one they went in. a small gasp was heard that was let out by Kou the rest only had wide eyes and jaws to the floor. As they looked around they saw a deep crimson red on the wall, dried up. And the same on the floor but a bit lighter. Yellow tape was cut out that said 'no crossing', some stuck to the wall others already on the floor. They also saw a flipped over table, but what really sent a chill down their spine was when they saw outlines on the floor, outlines of the dead family members of the Kimura family. Sakiko let out a small sigh as the floor creaked. She went inside on the room to the right that use to belong to her brother Akira. The ceiling looked like it was about to collapse after being abandoned for almost around ten years. She saw the dusty study table that Akira use to use to do homework on and have papers widely stashed in the drawers. She walked over to it and run a hand over it leaving a trail of fingerprints. She looked at her hand to find a thick layer of dust on each of her finger tip. Her chest felt heavy, as her heart began to pump faster. Her cheeks burned and her eyes swelled as she bit on her bottom lip. She hadn't realized how much she really missed them after seeing her old house again. She looked to her right to see the sloppily made bed that mother always use to yell at him. She scratched her eyebrow. And she sensed the other Mukami brothers behind her. The window had so many layers of thick dust that you can't even see through it to the outside. She closed her eyes as she imagined him six years ago as she would always crash into his room and sit on his bed while he studied for mid-term exams, how he always yelled at her to leave and how she thought it was all fun and games. She couldn't even turn around she wanted to stay in this room having her imaginations with her and her family again, she wanted to sit down here and wait for another murder to come and shoot her in the head like they did to Akira. Tears swelled in her eyes as they threatened to escape. She turned around as her bangs covered her eyes and pushed away from the brothers as she got out of the room. She let out a sigh as she sucked in air unable to catch her breath. Kou couldn't help but remember the day when Kou was in the studio practicing for his concert, when he received a call from Ruki but was completely shut down by Yuma when he closed the phone. It all made sense to him now, they went to Hokkaido to figure out why Sakiko was always out of her character. Before Kou was able to say anything Ruki leaned in and whispered in his ear. "I will explain everything later, know is not the time."
