Part 7. His Weakness

Win was needing a break from studying for his exams so he decided to attend a night out with a few friends. It's been now two weeks since Win last saw Bright. He missed him a lot but he still couldn't come to terms with Bright's family's occupation. Win arrives at a popular local bar and sees his friends from class at a big table. He joins them and sits next to Gun. "I'm so glad you came out tonight. You've been a bit gloomy lately." Gun said to Win.

Win just smiled before drinking a shot that was for anyone to grab. Gun looked concerned for his friend. "Have room for us?" Win heard. When he looked up it was Mike and TapTop. Win was shocked to see them and Gun said, "Win...do you know them?" Win nodded his head in agreement and then Gun said, "Any friend of my best friend is a friend of mine. Please join us." Mike and TapTop sat down. Win kept looking at his hands that were holding the empty shot glass on the table.

Gun noticed Wins odd behavior so he said, "I'm sorry. It looks like my friend has forgotten his manners. I'm Gun." TopTap and Mike smiled before TopTap said, "Hello, I'm TopTap and this is my husband Mike. I'm Brights older brother." Gun then smiled awkwardly and poked Win. "Why are you two here?" Win asked. Gun laughed nervously before saying, "Why don't I join the rest of our friends on the dance floor. That way you guys can catch up." Gun then slapped Wins knee before leaving the table. Win rolled his eyes and TopTap asked, "Win. Will you let us explain something?"

Win picked up another shot and drank it. Mike looked at TopTap with a concerned look. Mike then said, "How about this...if you let us explain...we will leave right away." Win looked at Mike with eyes full of tears. TopTap held Wins hands before he said, "Bright doesn't know that we're here." Win looked up at TopTap and said, "I just can't get over the evil side of this family. I had such a wonderful childhood compared to you and Brights. How am I going to subject any future children we have to that life?"

TopTap looked at Mike and he rubbed TopTaps back. "Win. Listen to me, please." TopTap said. Win nodded his head as he blew his nose into a tissue. "Mike and I are working hard to separate this family from my father's illegal dealings. However, there are sacrifices we've had to make that are a bit illegal themselves. As I'm sure you're aware." Win nodded in agreement. Mike then said, "For example, Bright now owns all of our fathers legitimate businesses. Father still hasn't realized this! Our next step is to buy him out on his shareholder stocks on the last company he's still legitimate on before we can frame him with proof of his illegal businesses. Once we've done that...we're free!"

"When is this supposed to happen?" Win asked. TopTap then let go of Wins hands before he said, "Father plans on giving you and Bright some of his shares as a present on your wedding day. When this happens, we plan on changing the amount of shares he gives you guys from the 6% to 45%. He currently owns 56% now. This means he will be left with 11% of the shares. We will bring a buyer to him with an offer we know he won't refuse. Then he's out!"

Win looks at Mike and says, "What if Big Boss figures this out? This puts Mike in the hot seat. Are you sure you want to do that?" Mike looks at TopTap who nods at him, sort of like giving him permission to answer the question. "If that were to happen, I would be ready for the punishment. After all Big Boss has done to us...I'd do anything for revenge." Mike said. Win looked worried before he asked, "What has he done?" Mike then explained how Big Boss caused an accident to try and kill Mike but instead it caused Mike to become infertile. When TopTap refused his father's request of him to leave Mike now that he can't produce an heir, Big Boss paid for a procedure to make TopTap infertile too.
