Earth has been enjoying his life now that he's been running his own urgent clinic in a small town. His relationship hasn't been the best with Mix since a year ago he accidentally ran into him. Mix was told that Earth was missing and that no one knows where he is. Mix refused to move and was hoping that Earth would turn up one day.

Mix's parents gifted him a week hotel stay in Phuket. One day, Mix took a walk around a market when he saw Earth picking out fruit from a stand. Mix walked up to him and Earth looked like he saw a ghost. Since then, Earth explained what happened and asked Mix for his forgiveness. Mix, of course eventually forgave him. Mix decided to leave his life in Bangkok to stay with Earth. He called his parents and said that he was offered an opportunity he couldn't turn down. Mix said he would only stay for a year to move on from Earth.
Naturally, Mix's parents were glad to hear it. Earth and Mix quickly moved in together. Mix then surprised Earth with the news that he got a womb implant from Big Boss as a gift for his cooperation in their clinical trials and for information on Earth. This is when Earth found out that Big Boss hasn't given up on looking for him. Which confused him because as far as he knew, the only people that knew was Max and Bright.
Earth decided it was time to reach out to Bright and make him aware of what he learned from Mix. Bright was shocked to find out what he learned. Earth knew that Bright wouldn't let his only witness be discovered. So after discussing it with Bright he felt better about his safety. Recently, Earth and Mix have been arguing a lot so Mix said he would go back home for a week. He promised not to say anything and Earth knew that Mix wouldn't but just in case, he let Bright know about Mix's trip.
Bright promised to keep an eye on Mix to make sure he doesn't say anything. Earth felt worse about his relationship once Mix left. Their main fight is that Mix is ready to have kids and get married but Earth cannot do anything that would put him on a government document. This will then let Big Boss know where he is. Mix keeps pressuring him to just come out of hiding. Mix says it's been years since he went missing. Mix doesn't believe that Big Boss is still after him. Especially since he went to jail for blackmail, among other illegal activities.
Earth still refused until Bright says he can come out of hiding. Mix got tired of the same arguments so he decided to go back into Bangkok and find Bright so he can convince him to let Earth come back home. But Mix didn't tell Earth this. Mix just said he needed some time apart.
Once Mix left, Earth went to a local bar within the closest hotel to his home. He was a few drinks in when he heard a familiar voice say, "Where the hell have you been?!" When Earth turned around, his suspicions were confirmed true. "Podd! You found me!" Earth exclaimed with an awkward smile. Podd then grabbed Earth by the back of his throat and pulled him out to the parking lot.
