Almost an entire week has gone by and now Off, his father the CEO, Bright, Mike and TapTop are in a conference room at their lawyers office. They're waiting for Big Boss to arrive. Once he walks in, they all take their seats. "Let's settle this, once and for all." Big Boss said. Mike nodded and stood up before walking over to the presentation screen. "I'd like to introduce you to Mr. Suppasit." Mike said as he pointed at the door closest to him. The door opens and in walks an elder man who is known for making a lot of money for hospitals and science advancements.

Big Boss looked confused. He didn't know that Mr. Suppasit was joining their meeting and he was anxious to find out what Mike has done. Introductions were done before Mr. Suppasit took his seat. "I brought Mr. Suppasit with me today as a witness of the negligence of our CEO that has caused all of the trouble we have now." Mike continued. Off gasped and so did the CEO. Mike clicked the pen remote he has in his hand and it brought up last year's fiscal report. "This was our earnings this past year." Mike said before he clicked his remote again and continued, "And this is our earnings this year so far."
People gasped because they lost a lot of money. Big Boss slammed his hands on the table and yelled at the CEO, "You're finished!" The CEO looked down and Mike then said, "Wait, Dad. I didn't call you here to just give you bad news. My wife and I have solved this dilema for you." Big Boss looked confused but angry. He nodded in agreement to encourage Mike to continue with his presentation. Mike clicked his pen again and now on the screen was projections for the next six years. Everyone gasped out of the amount of money they could be making.
"This is how much money we project we could be making if we replace our CEO with Mr. Suppasit." Mike handed the pen remote to Mr. Suppasit and he began to explain the projects he's gotten clearance to start working on with a paid contract through the government. Everyone was impressed especially Big Boss. When Mr. Suppasit was done, he handed the remote back to Mike. "So, I think it's time that we put this to a vote as all of the shareholders are in attendance." Mike suggested. Off looked at his dad with guilty eyes because he knew this was coming.
"Raise your hand if you vote to keep our current CEO." Mike said. No one raised their hand. Not even Off, which made the CEO sad and embarrassed. "Okay, then raise your hand if you vote to replace our current CEO with Mr. Suppasit." Mike said. Everyone raised their hand except for the CEO and Mr. Suppasit because they're not allowed to vote. "Gentleman, that concludes our business for today. Please welcome our newest CEO, Mr. Suppasit." Mike said before they all clapped and stood up. Mike then waived his hand so that everyone stops clapping before he says, "Let's get a speach from him before we end the meeting."
Mr. Suppasit walked to the end of the table to face everyone before he said, "Thank you everyone. I am excited to begin working hard right away. I also wanted to make a request as your new CEO." Everyone looked confused but most nodded in agreement. "I'd like to make our past CEO our new COO. I'd like to make him my right hand man. If that's too much then at least a VP that answers directly to me." Mr. Suppasit requested. Off looked surprised because Mike did not say this part to him at the restaurant. When he looked at Mike, he winked at Off. Off nodded and smiled at Mike. Big Boss then said, "If that's what you want, I don't see the harm in it. I'll leave the title up to you. Does everyone agree?"
