Chapter 1: A Birth of a Diamond (Part 1)

~Red Diamond Pov~

~I felt strange...but in a good way..I suppose~
~I felt every vein in my light-fueled body flow with immense power, one that was too strong for me to process and harness as I'm now forming~
~As my vision focused onto where I was.. it seems to be a garden~
~I looked up. It is filled with Red-themed flowers and decor. I had also formed in a red gazebo, and on stable soil~
~I also saw three tall figures. The first one I noticed had a soft, sensitive presence, covered in a blue cloak. She seemed to be looking at me with sweet, welcoming, watery eyes. She was crying, but it seemed to be of relief and happiness I was here~
~The second tall figure I noticed had a firm, intimidating look on her face. She had her hand to her chin and she leaned down toward me, squinting her eyes. I wasn't super tiny.. but also they were at a somewhat, faraway distance so it was reasonable. She seemed to be judging me. I got nervous she would make a look at me, but surprising she didn't.~
~The final tall figure I saw...made me the most amazed. She stared right at my soul, not in a frightening way yet..still in an unsettling and ..sketchy way. But, she distracted me from that thought for a moment, by her motherly, glamorous look. When I saw her, she was so elegant and flawless. Her eyes were relaxed, smiling sweetly at me. She seems so amazing, her power is so strong I can feel it slightly. Even though she had a relaxing, wondrous presence but, something was...off. I don't know why but as soon as I really payed attention to her, a sudden, striking feeling of fear hit me. She was hiding something really messed up deep inside her. Her self may cover it up maybe to most but...it didn't work for me. I think I'm overreacting..i'll just shrug it off~
~As soon as I stumble to get on my feet, (that took a few tries actually) the voice of the tallest figure takes me by surprise~

"Welcome, Starlight."

~Earlier that day~

~The sky on homeworld shined brighter than it usually would on the planet. The stars twinkled confidently with pride, while every gem was racing on homeworld's streets and avenue's, anxiously and excitingly for room at the ceremony. What ceremony you may ask? Ah, all of homeworld's subject's dreamed the day would come. The Diamond Ceremony~

Ruby 1: "My Sapphire! I uh...don't mean to push you but, we may be late to the ceremony if we don't hurry!"

-Sapphire turned around to face her Ruby guards who nodded in agreement-

Sapphire: "Not to worry, I predict we will all not be late, but arrive shortly, and due to me being high in the social order we will be given good seating."  ~Sapphire smiled reassuringly~

Ruby 1: "Oh uh...right my bad my Sapphire! I..I still knew that!" -Ruby replied back while chuckling nervously, the other rubies glared at her, putting their hands on their hips, tapping their feet, being pissed off at her. (Even though they agreed with her like- 🤦‍♀️) Ruby then looked down at the floor, frowning and biting her lip due to her embarrassment.

~Meanwhile with the Diamonds~

~All three of the Diamonds with their pearls were walking down the palace's hallways, soon arriving to the entrance of Red's eruption site. Two Topaz's were patrolling and guarding the door which was a red, with a diamond-imprinted symbol on it~

~When the topaz's noticed them, they looked up nervously, doing the required diamond insignia, letting them in without any hesitation~

~The Diamonds entered the eruption site~

Blue: "Oh, can you believe it..?" ~Blue started~ "For thousands of years I've mourned...I'd never thought I'd feel a glimmer of joy again." ~Blue then started sobbing out of happiness~

Yellow: "OH, please Blue.." ~Yellow snorted in an annoyed manner~ "Nobody wants to hear you sobbing, it gets way too much out out of hand..especially when it's a time to celebrate."

Blue: ~Blue tried her very best to wipe off her tears and put a pep to her step~ "My apologies..I can't exactly help myself today.."

~Blue pearl being her kindhearted self wiped her tears with a giant handkerchief~ ('▽'ʃƪ)♡

~While they were chatting, they wondered why white hasn't slipped out a single word~

Yellow: "So..white..how are you feeling about the special event..?" ~yellow asked nervously, it was always a mystery, yet suspenseful what white would say, except when she was upset. It was always certain she would be extremely, uncontrollably frustrated with anger.~

~White, hearing they're question, still ignored them. She didn't care what it was anyway. She had other things in her mind. Sure, she was surprisingly excited and curious to meet them. It would be nice and fulfilling to smother a new diamond to help cope do to the loss of pink, and learn their personality which is always interesting to learn about~

~The thought about it made her flashback to how she created the existence of Red in the first place~

~After hearing the news of pinks shattering right after it happened, white was filled with an unmeasurable amount of rage, it terrified the other Diamonds almost right out of their own bodies, but she couldn't let anybody know she was angry..nobody could know white had any feelings beside pride, strength, and her so called "flawless beauty." so she transmitted her anger into a plain diamond carbon into a being, that would be formed in the ground for several thousand years to form, she had more rage than happiness. That's why Red would be more gigantic then pink would be, but Red still wouldn't be as tall as the other diamonds since it was still an limited amount of feeling~

~but white decided to not leave them hanging and told them her thoughts~

White: "Hmm, well, I suppose I'm excited as well as all of you, and curious to see her form and how she turns out. And well, it would be nice to be a full member-court again.." -She finished~

~then after walking through the path to the garden they had arrived at the eruption site, and soon, within a few hours, the flammable fury and kindhearted beauty (and hotheadedness) which is Red Diamond will emerge and arise~
