Bodyguard (Johan Seong X Reader)

The festival

It was the day of the J-high festival. Our school was decorated and filled with so many students from other schools, sophomores, food stalls and games. It had a cheerful atmosphere.

I and Johan were standing in front of my school gate. Johan was waiting for me to say bye but I instead handed over a black mask and insisted him wear it.

"What's this for?" He questioned.

"You're coming in" I grinned. "Anyone can visit our school today so I want you to come with me"

"No I can't" Johan refused. "Nobody should know that I'm your bodyguard"

"Are you dumb? You're wearing a mask and cover your head with the hood and nobody will know how you look" I shrugged.

Johan was silent debating whether he should go in with Y/N or not.
"Alright," Johan agreed. He wore his mask and pulled his hood over his head.

"Perfect" I gave him a big thumbs up. We Begun to walk into the school campus. We found DJ's on one side playing their remixes, students participating in some games and so many activities going around.

"Do you like it?" I asked him as I was checking out each food stall.

"Hmm," he hummed in response.

From distance, we saw Vasco and Jace approaching in our direction. Vasco and my eyes meet. I smiled and waved at him. He waved back at me. Then, we both continued to walk away from each other.

Jace looked at Y/N and Johan over his shoulder "Oi, Vasco isn't that the same guy you saw that day?"

"Yes, Jace" Vasco stopped and looked back at Y/N and Johan for a second "That guy isn't a bad guy" he murmured.

Jace was surprised when he heard Vasco complimented Johan. "I see" Jace smirked. "I wonder who's he to Y/N"

Jace noticed a drop of water dripping down from Vasco's face. "V...Vasco don't worry you'll find a girlfriend too" he comforted Vasco giving him a tap on his shoulder.

I and Johan were wandering throughout the stalls. Then I meet Zoe.
"Zoe!!!" I shouted.
She looked back at me "Y/N!!!!!" Zoe came towards me with her arms open. She gave me a big tight hug. Then her eyes shifted to Johan.

"Y/N, who's he?" Zoe whispered in my ears.
"He's my neighbour" I whispered back.

Zoe checked out Johan from his feet to his face "Damn he's hot" she whispered again.

I felt shy when she told me this. "I....guess so," I said.

Zoe looked at Johan "Hey! I'm Zoe" she reached out her hand for a handshake.

Johan stood there not responding or reaching out his hand. He just stood there staring down at Zoe.
"Hello???" Zoe waved her hand at Johan's face.
Even then Johan stood there numb.

Zoe was frustrated and turned away from Johan and looked at me "His attitude makes him unattractive"

I chuckled at what she said.

"Oh My God" she paused "I'm sorry Y/N I've to go now" she started jogging away inch by inch before waving back "I'll see you at the slave Auction" she shouted as she finally jogged away.

"Huh? What's that?" I thought.

"Now let's begin the Slave Auction!!!"

We heard an announcement and decided to go watch it.
"What's this Slave Auction anyway??" I muttered to myself. "Johan let's go there"

When we reached the stage there were already many girls standing down near the stage. "Jeez, what's all this commotion about?" I made my way into the crowd.
It was too crowded I could barely stand.
