Back at the Fairy Tail guild, the members of both it and Crime Sorciere continue to wait for the return of their allies. The entire building was cleaned after the attack from Hahlos the day before. Some members showed worry, some showed impatience, while some had no worry at all as they had faith, however...
"It's almost been two days now..." Lisanna Strauss worried. "I hope they're all doing well."
"Do not fret dear sister!" Elfman Strauss boomed right behind his younger sister, which caused her to jump a little. "I have faith in all of them, as they are manly!" He proceeded to flex one arm.
"...Does he always call things manly?" Meredy whispered to Mirajane who was wiping down some glass.
"You get used to it." Mira smiled.
"It's infuriating that we're just sitting here with no knowledge whatsoever." Panther Lily complained. "I wish I was there so I could be there with Gajeel!"
"Let's not freak out now." Levy reassured. "We've had challenges worse than this, I'm sure they'll bring back Wendy safely!"
"Cobra, still can't hear anything from the others?" Midnight asked his companion.
"Nothing." Cobra groaned. "Guess that angel home is so high up my enhanced hearing can't pick up anything."
"Two days is too long without seeing Gray!" Juvia whined while chewing aggressively on her hat. "Juvia can't take it! What if he meets a far more attractive angel and decides to stay there!?"
"There she goes again..." Lisanna sighed.
In the corner of the bar sat Laxus on a stool and Makarov on the table. Makarov crossed his arms and closed his eyes in deep thought, which Laxus took quick notice. "Gramps, something on your mind?"
"Mmrf, I'm not sure..." The guild master pondered. "For some reason, I've been having this odd feeling for the past hour..."
The lightning mage sighed. "You too huh? It's been bugging the hell outta me..."
Makarov held his chin as he continued to ponder. "Y'know, it sorta feels like-"
Suddenly, Cobra shot out from his seat with eyes widening. He faced the entrance of the guild and gathered his poison magic in one hand. "I can hear it! Someone's coming!"
"Is it them?!" Lisanna got up from her seat looking excited.
"No...I can hear bloodlust from this individual!"
After hearing Cobra, all the wizards got up and prepared themselves as they got in battle positions. The footsteps Cobra heard became more audible to the other wizards as they felt a familiar presence. A harsh gust of wind shot the front entrance open where the doors flew off. The wizards covered themselves as the wind blew everything over; chairs, tables, glass, etc. This wind felt stronger than the ones Hahlos used.
Once the wind calmed down, the wizards saw a somewhat average height individual standing by the doorway with his large white cape waving in the air. He leaned by the wall with his arms crossed as his sharp teeth were exposed in a sinister grin.
"Hey." He greeted. "Nice place you got here."
"An angel!?" Juvia noticed his large wings and halo.
"Identify yourself this instant!" Makarov demands.
"Woah there, gramps, take it easy." Izanagi motioned his hands. "You shouldn't exasperate yourself, especially at your age."
"Drop the smartass attitude." Laxus chided. "Tell us who you are."
