Mary's POV

When we got to shore we see something I thought we'd never see. Davy Jones pet Kracken beached and dead. Pintel and Ragetti were talking about claiming it as their doing. As Jack looks into one of it's dead eyes. Barbossa and I go stand either side of him.

"Still thinking of running, Jack? Think you can outrun the world?" Barbossa asks him. "You know, the problem with being the last of anything, is by and by, there be none left at all" he tells him. I nod my head in agreement.

"Sometimes, things come back, mate. We're living proof, you and me" Jack tells him.

"Aye, but that's a gamble of long odds, ain't it? There's never a guarantee of coming back, but passing on, that's dead certain" Barbossa reminds him.

"Summoning the Brethren Court, then, is it?" Jack asks.

"It's you guys only hope, mine is elsewhere" I state.

"That's a sad commentary in and of itself" Jack tells us.

"The world used to be a bigger place" Barbossa says sadly.

"The world's still the same. There's just less in it" Jack corrects him. We join the others to gather supplies. I just finished gathering food. And went to go look for the others that were going to the fresh water spring. I find them and a dead body.

"Poisoned. Fouled by the bod" Barbossa states. Pintel turns the man over to look at his face. I frown in confusion why does he look so familiar?

"Hey, I know him! He was in Singapore!" Pintel states. Cotton's parrot repeats Singapore.

"Captain!" Marty shouts and we all look at him. He's on look out with Ragetti.

"We've got company!" Ragetti shouts. We all look at the ocean to see the Empress. Sao Feng's flag ship. His men point their guns at all of us.

"He's the captain" Jack says pointing to Barbossa. Who rolls his eyes at him. We're escorted back to the Black Pearl. Where everyone else is in chains. Surrounded by Sao Feng's men. Jack hides behind Barbossa biting his nails.

"Sao Feng, you showing up here, 'tis truly a remarkable coincidence" Barbossa says. Sao Feng ignores him and looks at Jack.

"Jack Sparrow, you paid me great insult once" he states.

"That doesn't sound like me" Jack states. Sao Feng punches him in the nose. I bite my lip to keep from laughing. "Shall we just call it square, then?" he asks him. Just then Will appears chain free.

"Release Elizabeth and Mary, they're not part of the bargain" he states.

"You heard Captain Turner, release them" Sao Feng says.

"Captain Turner?" Jack asks as Elizabeth is released.

"Aye, the profidious rotter led a mutiny against us" Gibbs states.

"I need the Pearl to free my father. That's the only reason I came on this voyage" Will states.

"Why didn't you tell me you were planning this?" Elizabeth demands.

"It was my burden to bear" he states.

"You two are such idiots" I state. "You're engaged and love each other more then I've ever seen anyone else love. A true couple shares their burdens. For better or worse" I tell them.

"He needs the Pearl! Captain Turner needs the Pearl!" Jack says and looks at Elizabeth. "And you felt guilty. And you and your Brethren Court!" he says to Barbossa. "Did no one come to save me just because they missed me?" he asks us. Gibbs rolls his eyes, then Marty, Pintel, Ragetti, Cotton, and Jack the monkey slowly raise their hands. "I'm standing over there with them" he states and goes to join them.
