Chapter 6

Mark POV

I decided to leave Mina alone and see of she would ask me to hang out instead. I head out the door and walk to a nearby cafe I've been meaning to go to. When I arrive, I find a table and order. After a few minutes of waiting, my drink arrives. I drink it and head out as if I'm out of time. I roam the streets a bit and walk home afterwards. Towards the way home, I notice something familiar. I walk up to the object and pick it up. Mina's ring. The one I gave her. "What's it doing here?" I thought. I was going to return it to Mina before I reach home. While I walk to her house, I see her walking towards me with her head hanging low. When we reach each other, I gave her the ring. "You lost it on the streets" I said. She looks up and smiles widely. "Thank you!!!" Mina said to me while hugging me. "I lost this yesterday and couldn't find it" she said. I smiled and rubbed her head which made her hair messy. "Mark! Let's go!" Mina shouted. Before I could answer, she grabbed my hand and ran somewhere.

Mina POV

I decided to take Mark out to eat since I had nothing else to do. "Meat and beer?" Mark said smiling. I nodded and we entered the restaurant. We stayed there for about an hour before leaving. Mark was a bit dizzy but we managed to walk home somehow. "Mina, help me walk" he said and placed my arms around his neck. "Aish! Mark! You're too tall!" I said but helped anyways. We were halfway home before he took my hand off and went to sit on a bench. I followed him and sat down next to him. I sighed and placed my head on his lap. "I'm so tired!" I said.

Mark POV

"Tired already?" I said. Mina then got up and nodded. "Let's go. It's too dark now" I said and got up. We returned to our house and waited till the next day to hangout. I lay down on my bed and think about our night. As I touch my lips, I close my eyes and think about our kiss. Of how our two lips meet secretly. With the thought of her, I fall asleep.
