"Sorry Miss!

From Dasma in Makati dinala tayo ng fate natin dito?"

"Well, inumpisahan mo na eh."

"We are from Dasmariñas Village in Makati. We are neighbors. As in childhood friends kaming lima. We have some other friends pa pero yung fathers kasi namin ang close friends. Kaya rin siguro we're almost the same age because batch mates sila sa Ateneo.

We studied in the same school din from elementary till high school po."

Lumungkot na yung mga mata niya.

"Yung mga tatay namin, invested in a business. To make the story short po, nalugi sila. That is why we ended up here."

Kaya pala, ang sad naman.

"When we had to give up our lives there, we ended living here. Our houses here are all that's left.

Good thing they decided to buy a place here. Magkakadikit lang ang bahay namin dito because it is a large land, an old farm na binili nilang lima para sana gawing rest house.

Exactly before our graduation in high school nalaman namin ang lahat. We planned pa nga kung saan kami magaaral in college, but obviously hindi na natupad.

After knowing the truth, and after seeing our houses and cars being sold para mabayaran ang mga utang ng mga tatay namin, dun na po kami nagstart na madepress. Good thing we have each other.

In truth, hindi pa rin in good terms until now ang mga tatay namin pero kami, we do everything to communicate. Ayaw namin magaya sa kanila.

Tapos eto na nga, it's time to move on and continue our study. We didn't even thought of the course or the school kung saan kami magaaral nung bagong lipat kami dito. It was Kat's choice because it's the nearest.

Deanna wanted to be a doctor because they owned a hospital before. Bea wanted to be a pilot because they are part owner of an airline company. Madz wanted to be an engineer because they owned a construction company.

Ako gusto ko sana maging architect pero since we owned a chain of medicine stores, I knew then that my family will only allow medicine related courses.

It was just Kat who wanted to be a teacher. Only she has the patience to teach.

"She do this even before pa when they have outreach programs. Kaya kahit na that shit happened to us, decided pa rin siya to be a teacher.

Sumama na lang kaming apat. It was really her who literally forces us everyday to go to school. She helps us with the assignments and other school works."

Kaya pala.
