Cas woke up for the second time, with Dean's face in her boobs, and moans drifting from Sam's room.
She didn't even want to know what they were doing.
She looked back down at Dean, who looked perfectly contented to have his face where it was, and noticed his slowed breathing.
So he had fallen asleep like that.
Cas knew better than to wake him up, but she was a bit uncomfortable.
She felt conflicted. Did she want him to have to hear all the stuff that was going on in the other room?
Suddenly, a sharp pain in her stomach got her attention.
Change of plans.
"Dean? Love? Wake up," she said, gently shaking his shoulder.
"Mm?" Dean mumbled. Then he opened his eyes, and realized where he was and what he was doing.
"Whoa!" He said, bolting upright. "Did not mean to do that!"
She smiled. "It's okay."
Dean suddenly noticed the noise emanating from the other room, and he grimaced.
"Jesus, can't they lower the volume of their enthusiasm?" He muttered. "Why did I wake up."
"I woke you up," Cas pointed out, then she squeezed her eyes shut and gritted her teeth against the sharp, stabbing pain as her hand flew to her stomach.
"Cas? Cas! Are you okay?" Dean asked, worry etched on his face.
"I'm not bleeding, so I didn't lose him. It will pass, I thi-" pain interrupted her.
"Do you need anything?" Dean got up and pulled on a shirt, already in boxers.
"Something warm, like a hot dishtowel."
Dean ran downstairs to see Crowley and hear the moans as his little brother and Cas' older brother got it on.
"God dammit, is there a towel or something?"
The demon handed him one. "Why? Do Sam and Gabriel need one?" He asked, smirking.
"I sure as hell hope not," he muttered, soaking the towel in hot water and running back upstairs.

Breakfast was obscenely awkward. Sam and Gabe were quiet, Dean was glaring at Gabe, and Bobby was oblivious.
"The hell are y'all lookin' at?" Bobby said gruffly.
Cas and Crowley exchanged a look.
Cas sported the towel on her stomach, and looked quizzically at Gabe and Sam.
"Okay, then, allow me to break the silence. What exactly do we plan on doing until the baby gets here?" She asked.
"Kick Lucifer's ass."
"Hunt demons. Bad demons."
"Stock up on baby crap."
"Eat candy."
"Take over the world." Everyone looked at Crowley. "What! I was kidding!"
"Right. So, how about we do all of those things except Crowley's."
"We gotta keep someone home while me and Sam are gone hunting," Dean commented thoughtfully.
"Gabriel and Sam could go, Dean," Cas said sensibly.
Dean thought about this. He liked the idea but wasn't sure it was for the best.
He made his decision quickly. "Hell yeah. No funny business while you guys are gone, though," Dean said.
"Oh, please. Like we would do anything like that?" said the Trickster, making jazz hands and batting his eyelashes at Dean.
