The new house was breathtaking, especially his kitchen. Oh he loves his kitchen and everyone was busy gawking. "Okay everyone, time to get ready. Lets get everything off the sidewalk and into the house. Seeds and equipment go straight downstairs. Amy, Richard, Jamie, and Cheran, please bring the boxes down to the basement, the seeds and cards. Everyone else, lets get the furniture out. WE've already said who gets the rooms so don't even think about changing your mind," he said when he erad a honk and peeked out to see Oran's car. Climbing out he poked his head in. "Boo, I thought you're coming later,"
"Can't, called me in early, like always." said Oran. He opened the back and poked his head in, Solomon smiling. He lifted Solomon from the car seat and a large bag. "Okay, I'll see you at 8?"
"Yes, I hope it is 8, the latest is 9, if it's past then are you able to just hold onto him fro the night?"
"Yeah, you just have to take me out again for ice=cream to make it up,"
"Deal," said Oran. He gave him a quick peck. "What color do you like by the way,"
"Blue, why?"
"Dying my hair a new color, maybe blue streaks," he said, Oran raising an eyebrow. "Have fun with that, go all out," he said. He smiled and carried Solomon inside. "Whose the cutie!" squealed Bella hurrying over. Solomon made a face and then clung onto him. "This is Solomon, I'm babysitting him for the day and possible night. So we all keep an eye on him, got it?" he said, everyone nodding. He made a face, Solomon giggling. Everyone moved quickly. He even helped build his own shelves from the junk in the garbage dump. He cuddled with Solomon on the floor, letting him throw toys and gum at them. In his bedroom he had his desk, bed, trunk, and nightstand, anything else was down-stairs.
He migrated to his bedroom when Solomon began to cry. He checked his diaper and then tried to bottle-feed him but he was just whimpering. Placing down his phone and laptop, he patted Solomon on the back, humming and walking around until Solomon calmed down. "You just wanted some attention didn't you," he cooed. Cordan's friend still hadn't come in and he was slightly worried until there was a knock. No one answered so he went down and opened it to Cordan. Beside him was a large buffed looking guy with a giant silver beard and hair, narrow brown eyes, dressed in cargo pants, boots, and a tank-top. "Hi. Ugh...hi, come on inside." he said Solomon resting his head in the nook of his neck hiding away from them. "This is Sergeant Kane, he'll be your sixth roommate, he kind of got lost yesterday so we had to come today. Be nice. I'll check in at the end of the week," said Cordan, quickly hurrying out. "Nice to meet you Sergeant Kane,"
"Nice to meet you to,"
"I'll show you to your room," he said, leading him to the empty bedroom. "Big room,"
"Yeah, kind of threw me off there, everyone tried to live in the attic and basement but currently our basement is a stock room until we get the farm house running. Your roommate is Jamie right now but if you want you can just have your own bedroom,"
"I would mind to have my own bedroom,"
"Then Jamie will just room with Cheran,"
"Where's yours?"
"Right across here," he said, Solomon yawning and shaking. "Time for you to take a nap. Just hold on a few seconds, everyone is downstairs, you can just drop your things in your room and I'll introduce you to everyone," he said, Sergeant Kane nodding.
"Everyone, who is my roommate, this is Sergeant Kane, our 6th roommate. Kane this is Cheran, Jamie, Lucas, and Rio. These are my friends, Bella, Jordan, Amy, Richard, and Alex. You might meet a few others along this month and you'll just feel right at home-ow, okay-okay, you're going to bed. If you're hungry there's sandwiches in the fridge. I'll be right back," he said, climbing back up to his room and laying Solomon down, om his bed. He took a deep breath, watching Solomon drift off to sleep, his feet kicking a little. "Hello...hey Mayor...yeah we got a whole lot of seeds...you guys are already tilling? Well what are they asking for...we got loads actually...just send someone over and we can give them at least two crates...we got voluntary builders? Sweet, I'll get the crates ready, you just tell them to honk and we'll hand them the seed crates," he said spotting Sergeant,
