Ranboo POV:

"Tubbo! How- how are you?" I stuttered

"Oh I'm fine. I've always wanted to be hooked up to machines" Tubbo joked.

My tears fell from my eyes but all I could see was tubbo's smile.

"This is familiar isn't it. One of us in a hospital and the other crying other it. We should really stop meeting like this" Tubbo continued to joke this time coughing after he spoke

"Tubbo. I'm so sorry. This is my fault l-" I was cut off by Tubbo speaking

"Don't you dare blame yourself. I decided to fight the prick. What happened after I passed out?" He asked

I walked over to the bed and sat on the edge, making sure I didn't sit on any wires or any part of tubbo.

"Umm well after I saw him grab you I lunged at him, hit him a few times until I couldn't any more. Then I saw you on the floor and I rushed you to the hospital" I answered

Tubbo lifted his arm as high as he could, which wasn't very high but I got the message moving my hand to his

"Are you breaking up with Cole now?" Tubbo joked

"I'll think about it" I smiled back leaning down so I was closer to him.

"Tubbo I don't know what to do. I thought I could be happy without you. I tried. Like I really tried but it feels impossible. I want to be with you forever and always" I admitted

Tubbo's hand stretched from my hand to my wrist trying to pull me closer

"Ranboo my beloved, I want you too" he whispered

I leaned down further and finally connected our lips. The one thing I had been yearning for. After such a long time. To feel his soft angelic lips against mine, even if it was for a short time. Every millisecond felt like it was spent on the stars with no one around.

I pulled away allowing to tubbo to breath and as I looked at him his smile and my worried about his health went away. He made me forget about the incident only for a second but it was a osculum moment.

All of a sudden his eyes rolled back and the machine started beeping loudly. I didn't know what to do. I called out for Tubbo and then a doctor and suddenly three doctors entered the room as well as a nurse forcing me out.

"Quick we need the defibrillator"
