Ranboo POV:

Where am I?

Everything was red, dark and hot. I saw tubbo in the distance running from some strange creatures. He looked terrified.

I ran after him, I had to protect him so he wouldn't be hurt again.

When I finally caught up to him I was attacked by the strange creatures, I fought them off and continued to run with tubbo until we got to a safe space.

It was only a small cave but it was big enough to fit us.

"What happened?" I asked

"Well I saw this little one crying and I couldn't just let it stay there" Tubbo smiled pointing out a small creature in his arm.

"What is it?" I asked

"HE! Is called Michael, he's our son now" Tubbo laughed whilst being dead serious

"I- I can't be a dad... I'm too young!" I exclaimed.

Tubbo placed his hand on my face after placing 'Michael' on the floor

"Ranboo your the best person I know. And wether you like it or not I'm raising this child"

I looked into his beautiful eyes and softly whispered "then I guess I am too"

Tubbo smiled and pecked my lips.

———————

I woke up with tubbo's hand beneath mine. It took me a moment to remember where I was but once I did I went straight back to rubbing at his knuckles.

I needed to go to the toilet so I reluctantly left the room. After finishing and walking back to the room I found a bookshelf, it was filled with all kinds of books, from romance to action.

I saw a section dedicated to fantasy and picked a book out to take back to the room.

I sat down in my seat and began reading.

I read in my head until I had an idea, Tubbo would've liked me to read to him.
So that's what I did.

I started reading aloud the story.

In a short time we were reaching the climax of the book, a big scary monster covered in lava and surrounded by a glowing blaze had to be defeated by a fearless warrior.

As my reading became more intense since I was getting into the story I gradually got more excited aswell, moving about as I turned every page.

However my excitement stopped dead as I heard a beep coming from one of the machines.

Followed shortly by a slight pressure on my hand where tubbo's rested.

It was only short but it felt like forever. I didn't know whether to be excited or concerned, so I rushed to get a doctor.

He came into the room and listened to what I had to say

"What did you do?" He asked

"I was just reading to him. And then he- he moved or he gripped or- or something" I was struggling to get words out in hopes of getting answers

"He shouldn't be moving for a while. This is impressive" the doctor spoke

"But- but what does that mean?" I asked a bit to frantically

"It means he's waking up"
